great location , beach is just across the road . near to bus stop and all kind of transportations

The absence of shower tray is making it difficult when you are returning from beach and need to wash all that sands out. the Bathtub is good but its not ideal for somebody just want to shower for one minute after returning from beach , the sand will eventually accumulate at the base of the bathtub and its hard to be washed away. its funny that the bathroom has 2 lavatories next to each other and not having a shower tray . bathrooms is lacking the daily bathing kit (conditioner - shower gel - soup for lavatory) also slippers not available. you have to purchase all these items , also the electrical sockets is not matching with international devices and you have to purchase it

We spent two weeks here. The place is perfect in every way. Cleanliness, kindness, equipment. 10/10. We were lucky to get to know the management. We have been coming back to Karon Beach for years, but we have never met such helpful people. Special thanks to the management. we will definitely come back next year.😎

The location in Karon beach is busy- you’re really right in the thick of it so it can get a bit overcrowded in the surrounding area- that being said you have two 7/11 on either side of you and taxis are available right outside the front door. We sleep with a sound machine- so the outside noise didn’t bother us- but if you don’t and are a light sleeper it’s incredibly noisy. When we checked in we were put on the 3rd floor- the AC unit did not work so we were moved to the 2nd floor… the room felt smaller and the view wasn’t as good from the balcony which was disappointing but we were grateful for a fully functioning air con.

The front desk staff isn’t entirely welcoming… they’re not rude but not super nice either. Our hot water didn’t work for 2 days.. the first day we just figured the hot water had run out.. the second day we asked the front desk in the morning and they said they couldn’t do anything about it until 5pm… at 5pm someone came in the room and flipped the breaker switch in the ceiling above the bathroom… was a little shocked that there was no one else in the hotel that could have done that earlier than 5pm…

Everything. Staff were super friendly, the location was excellent, the bed was extremely comfy and the room was super clean.

The water pressure could have been a bit better.
