The good things: - Comfortable beds - Large room - Outside terrace and next to pool - good pool for children - next to the beach - Breakfast buffet

The improvable things: - All the complex is old and many broken details. Needs a STRONG renovation. - Bedroom cleaning (floor mainly) - Toilet smelly - First day not hot water - Baby cod was broken on one side, so baby could come off. We had to quickly fix with a string - Garden is ok but could be better. - Could listen next door guests through walls.

Best things to stay here are good breakfast,beach,pool and bed. If stay with family this is the place they need.

Wrost location, everythings are far from. At night it's not safe to go out. Too dark. If stay with friends or going solo,this is not a good place to stay.

The location on the beach was excellent. The swimming pools were lovely and large and clean. The food, breakfast and dinner were fabulous. The room was nice and large with balcony / sea / garden and pool views. The staff were so friendly.

The buffet breakfast was good.

There was no hot water. We checked in at 2pm tired and needing a rest only to have the cleaners working in the room above and making too much noise to have any peace! The hotel is rather old and tired.

Nice grounds and setting

I almost never write reviews except positive ones. In this case I will make an exception. This hotel is a joke. I realise COVID is on, but come on, you have to do better than this….. Despite being almost the only guests in the Hotel….. The so called cottage room once had a King size bed (the headboard is still there….) But has been (now) replaced with a much smaller double bed, with the “fixed" bedside tables with a 50cm gap…... The fridge not switched on (doesn't go cold even when it is switched on) Air conditioning that is so loud its impossible to speak over...... very slow Internet/keeps disconnecting. Showering in the dark as half the lights didn't work (luke warm water at best). Average cleanliness. Restaurant….? Ordered a Sprite. It was flat, ordered a second one, also flat (as was the third.....) Gave up and ordered an Orange Juice, some highly sugared, processed drink, no ice and tasted like lolly water (disgusting)…... Meal less than average....... Lots of mosquitos, asked for some "personal" Mozzie spray and they come back with a large can of mozzie spray and processed to spray the entire area so it stunk really nice. Breakfast was mostly inedible…… Times are tough at the Jayakarta….. But no matter that, I would never stay here again under any circumstance. Sorry to say this.

The pools were amazing, especially for kids! Loved the sound of the ocean at night. Breakfast was exceptional!

Would have liked more lighting in the bathroom.

1. The pool is ok 2. Breakfast staff helpful but lacked knowledge, I had to teach them how to plug in the toaster 3. Reception staff very good 4. Has potential under better management/ownership.

1.No wifi in room 2. No power outlet at desk 3. Room needs renovation 4. Room full of mosquitoes 5. Restaurant staff lazy/inattentive/rude 6. Restaurant dirty 7. Restaurant full of street vendors disturbing the atmosphere 8. The entire hotel looks like the owner put all the profit in his pocket and didn't save any for maintenance, sad.

Very functional and a nice place to stay with value for money.

Not as close to restaurants so needed taxi if we wanted to eat outside of hotel.

The view is great, nice garden and staffs

Bathroom need to refurbished and have more bright light in the room
