Excellent breakfast. Quiet location. 'No parties' advert I found attracted me to this guest house.

The location was absolutely fantastic. The room was spacious and comfortable and nice and quiet.

There was no shower in the room and it was a shower tap. It would have been nice to have a proper shower in the room although the bath was lovely.

Great location and enjoyed my visit. Very quiet and very accessible. The room had all that was necessary and I am happy that I chose the Promenade Guest House

Just the shower. The on/off tap is difficult to access as it is right up against the shower door so I found once it was wet I couldn't get a purchase on it to turn it off without great difficulty.

we liked everything

Everything. Dan and Pen (Danny's Dad) looked after me really well. The room was clean and although a single, had enough room with really nice furniture, plenty of storage and an en-suite. There are good hangers in the wardrobe and plenty of plug sockets, one was over the bed and I love the light beside the bed that had 2 extra USB fittings so all your charging needs are covered. The shower was good and water was plenty but take your own towels as these are not supplied. You need to order your breakfast the day before and hang it on a hook outside the door which is well worth the effort as Dan makes a superb breakfast. The Promenade is only a 2 minute stroll from the beach and 15 minutes from the railway station. There is a large swimming pool/Leisure Center and a cinema within one of the large arcades only a few minutes walk from the hotel. Large shopping area with a market on Wednesday and Saturday. I only stayed for 2 nights and it was well worth it. If you want to pop to Scarborough, the train takes about 30 minutes and I paid £7.20 for a return.

Not a complaint, just a mention that there is no lift.

Everything from the guesthouse to the room .location to all the amenities. And they was very welcoming when I arrived .

The breakfast was really good, my husband had a cooked breakfast and myself had scrambled egg and toast.
