The rooms with the option to open doors and sit on balcony and enjoy the harbour. Staff were very professional. Dining table and lounge area meant that you could really enjoy the room.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Very professional. Service was top notch. Food was excellent, good variety and very tasty. Spa was amazing 🤩 loved every minute of the weekend.

The Hotel is in a fantastic location. The room was spacious with a Japanese style toilet that was separated from the rest of the bathroom. The view of the Opera House and the harbour activities were very enjoyable to look at. The staff were always courteous and attentive.

The bed, it was uncomfortable bumpy as if it needed a mattress replacement, pillows were great. The carpet area, we weren't sure if it was cleaned properly. The timber furniture in the room was little dusty, the room didn't feel fresh. The view from the balcony great, but there was a green synthetic like grass covering a big area, not a good look. Breakfast location was excellent with beautiful views and staff was attentive. Food choices in the buffet are limited - the hotel has chosen to provide a la carte menu dishes. That means that portion tend to be too big for us. Also with a la carte you can’t really tell what you will be getting until presented. A hot food buffet would be more exciting, appealing and inviting to us. Also the cooks/chef/kitchen can then concentrate on getting the dish right - instead of getting overwhelmed by the many different a- la-carte orders which on the Sunday, you could see that quality was suffering by the sheer quantity of orders. Asian food options were provided- but the congee was not really a congee (congee has to be broth and and some rice - this was cooked as a risotto with too much rice and no broth - toppings were excellent though) the fried rice was not up to standard- (fried rice may seem like a simple dish but there is a skill to cooking it properly).

The check-in and check-out staff is too slow and not overly polite or efficient

we had a great experience, room was big and comfortable, food was very nice, the hotel has some great views, located in a great spot, but as usual for a Hyatt the staff are main calling card, all very helpful and very polite, they go out of there way to make you feel at home

The special treatment . It's what you expect for the price, and it lives up to expectation .

I thought my room rate included breakfast, however I was still charged for breakfast even after questioning this upon check-out... disappointing...

Overall loved the ambiance of the room / balcony and view. Loved the cleanliness and service of staff is perfect.

Only thing I could complain about was quality of food. In room dining was upsetting from variety to quality same as with the breakfast buffet.
