Location is ideal, walking distance to everything we needed

Nothing major, it certainly had everything we needed and the staff are lovely. Bathrooms could use an update

The staff was very friendly and would help us when we need anything. We forgot his name but he was so awesome. Love the location too, walking distance to shops, mall, and restaurants.

None that we don't like. Maybe needs to renovate the jacuzzi/ pool area and bigger gym.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage zum Darling Harbour. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Größe und Aufteilung des Apartments war überdurchschnittlich groß.

Das Zimmer wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gesaugt. Das Frühstück war für den Preis absolut überteuert und enttäuschend! Kaum Auswahl und eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln, die dann noch nicht mal einen großen Kaffee ergeben haben. Warum man keinen Vollautomaten nutzt, ist mir ein Rätsel. Wir waren 1x im Hotel frühstücken, den Rest des Aufenthaltes nur auswärts.

Room location and staff were great.

Not including a breakfast for guests staying three nights at $130 US a night is cheeky.

Location was right in the city CBD; a 2 minute walk to Town Hall. Lovely front desk staff, room was very clean, spa and sauna were nice.

Parking was offsite for an additional $45 a day. The mattress was low and uncomfortable.

Amazing hotel at amazing location, walking distance to CBD area and customer service was excellent. Will definitely be back staying at this hotel again in the future holiday 😃

the AC is too close to the bedroom, so a little noise, but can fall asleep

The location is close to a lot of f&b outlet. Getting to hotel is also very easy as the hotel is near town hall station which is one of the stop for airport line.

Pillow is kind of soft. We prefer a pillow with firmer support.

Loved the room, the location, the pool, spa and sauna. Breakfast was excellent too

I can't pinpoint anything that disappointed me, all was good.
