No restaurant as advertised,very old property in need of 21st century upgrade only had a single heat detector should have had a networked smoke detector system for effective safety in the event of a fire cabinets in kitchen area were rotting due to water penetration

The bed was very good the room is bigger

humidity on the wall and ceiling of the toilet. my bedside lamps that I couldn't turn on, I don't know if they work properly.

The smell,bed had wires coming out of it & the hand basin as a kitchen sink.. Noisy & no where to sit on deck no ashtrays what did we pay for..😡😡

Location and staff were great. Reasonable sized room.

The room was very tired and dark. The bathroom had mismatched toilet seat, and the shower was over a huge bath, which was tricky to step into (if you're older like we were). The rooms were not soundproof and I could hear toilet noises from the other rooms.

There seems to be a lot of residence who were very loud all night, arguing and swearing. This kept me up for quite some time.

Easy location to find.

The room was very basic, no table or chairs. Sliding door got stuck on the window. The hotel is being used as emergency accommodation and the conversations/yelling was not nice when we arrived. We asked for another room but none were available.

Room was fine

First warning sign was when a colleague dropped me off and asked if I was sure I had the right place!. Checked into room - there was a large amount of yelling, fighting and screaming from the other guests on the property (I have been told since that this Hotel is used for social housing) and then the police arrived. Felt extremely unsafe. Rang another property to see if they had any rooms available and left. Stayed 1 hour. Was advised that I would not get any money back (booked for 2 nights). Felt too relieved to get out of there to care at that moment..
