We had an excellent experience even before we got to the hotel. The staff handling reservations were exceptional, the rooms were comfortable, the staff friendly, and the breakfast was top-notch. It will be our stay when we travel to Hamilton again.

Comfy beds, clean decent room (2 dbls & a single bed), first ‘hotel’ I’ve been to offering to be able to sleep a family of 5! We were right on the road front.. cldnt hear the traffic, the glass seems to hve been upgraded to quiet glass. Aircon worked well and shower had gd pressure. Breakfast was buffet which had a decent choice. Check in was professional & friendly same with check out. We would stay here again & Im reasonably fussy being an x room attendant.

The desk chair in room 108 is the only thing that let the room down.. is a faux leather and is peeling off so can’t sit on it and bits fall on the floor. Wld be better to remove this chair altogether while waiting for a replacement than hve it there! I mentioned it to reception on check out, told there is a replacement coming.. I’d suggest removing in the meantime. Also some parts of the outside still need an update paint but can see they look like they are doing it as some parts of the complex look like it’s been repainted. Given it’s been years of covid and little income coming in it can be expected that it takes time and contractors to do this. There was new carpet in the hallways of our complex. We were only given one key which is used for the entrance to your complex and opens your room. Really need 2 as if one person goes out you can’t get back in if you leave the room to go do something. Cld possibly ask for another key?

The whole motel needs a revamp, it was dark, spooky, the gardens were unkept and outside needs a good paint, very run down. The room was tidy and clean but no sun, cold and no view. Very uninviting.

Very aged complex well worn. Dirty cups TV didn't work at all In 600 wing. Credit to duty manager Thursday night, tried everything, got replacement cups from next room.minimal room servicing for 2nd day of stay. Worth some sort of credit, not worth paid rate in current standard. Unable to watch all black test due to no tv
