Very clean, comfortable bed and quiet, I had a great sleep! Also a good location was good for us.

It is not visually pleasing with large concrete entry area and very plain, dated interior. Out the back there is a but of greenery though.

Friendly and helpfull staff. A good room with modern ensuite. Lovely views of trees at the back. Recommended budget option close to the hospital

The room was quite large and hoo to have the ability to prepare a meal if we wanted.

The decor was very bland. No comfortable chairs to sit in. Room was cleaned satisfactorily but needs painting and brighter decor. There is a sign in the laundry that asks people to clean up when they use it, but the laundry doesn’t look like it’s actually been cleaned for ages. There’s dirt, fluff and bits of “stuff” on the floor and corners and window. We were reasonably comfortable and the staff were friendly, but the whole place could do with a clean up. The photos are obviously photo shopped.

The room was comfortable with all basic requirements with clean towels everyday.

The website somewhat flattered the appearance of the property as when you first pulled into the car park you are not impressed with what you see,the swimming pool being a fine example.

We ran out of toilet paper after a couple of hours in and reception was closed so couldn't get any more :( It would be good to provide several bins in order to recycle in the room please :)

The location is good but the whole property needs a clean ,paint and refresh.Stove knob broken ,mildew on windows and mould in shower.

Our daughter had a broken ankle. They changed our room to ground floor with no problems

One bed had a broken base. Told staff next day. They didnt know and thanked us for telling them.
