View was amazing. Clean, neat and modern.

The pool was under maintenance and Meriton suites george st didn't advise me of this before check-in. The shower temperature changes as you're showering which is very annoying. Mattress was very uncomfortable it hurt my sides when i slept. No one answers the front desk reception phone and when you go down to get service i was shocked by how rude the staff were. The days i booked were windy outside and all i could hear was the doors rattling in our suite the whole time and I've never experienced this before at any accommodation. I'm not booking here again.

We loved the room and the facilities. Fantastic having a washing machine & dryer, as well as cooking equipment. Beautiful pool area & amazing views. The location was perfect, close to food and transport.

The room could have been cleaner. There were sticky spots on every table surface and smear marks. A muddy footprint in the shower.

The staff were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The modern foyer, adorned with historical artifacts and a striking Aboriginal mural, was an impressive and enjoyable space to walk through. I also felt safe, as access between floors was restricted. The location was perfect, with eateries and a supermarket very close by.

Slow elevators, pay for parking on arrival & if you go somewhere you pretty much lose your park & have to park down in retail. Would be good to have a designated parking spot if you have already paid.

the view from the room and the speed of the elevators and the amenities in the room were ok, the shower and bathroom are spacious and the bedroom is quiet.

Finding the entrance proved to be very difficult because the reception is on the 4th floor of a skyscraper and the underground carpark was full meaning I had to park on the street risking a parking ticket. No instruction given by the hotel on how to use the lifts which have no floor buttons in them.

The staff are friendly and the bed was very comfortable.

The standard seemed to have dropped since my previous visits: the door to my apartment was broken, the heater panel wasnt working properly, when I went to make a cup of tea there were no cups or mugs in my apartment, the windows were dirty, and I had previously had an oven in the apartments I had stayed in but there was only a microwave in this apartment. There was a big gaping hole under the bench that made me wonder what was missing. The lifts were also out of order and the wait to catch a lift down the next morning was extraordinarily long.

The room layout was appreciated. Woolworth's Metro downstairs very convenient. Lots of windows for views and outlook. The check in staff were very professional and friendly.

A little further from the train station than I expected and some building and light rail constructions in the way. Builders and construction workers around.

There were no soaps in the bathroom, The shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty or previously used. It felt the staff need a bit of training and should have been more accommodating to parking request.

The staff can be rude and unhelpful.. it would be unfair to say all them were rude .. but the one we meet during the night when they was no parking … It’s very difficult to get parking at night .. and you have to go out to park despite having paid for the parking with them . The lift are rather slow too, and the sensor panel breaks down often . The cleanliness is indeed questionable!
