Room layed out nice and clean

No in house slippers for cleanliness and pillows not comfortable

Check in and check out was easy and pleasant

The bathrooms are old, room was small and cramped.

Staff did the best that they could. wait times for meals was absolutely ridiculous considering they had a dozen people In restaurant.

Was allocated a cramped first floor room with a view of a concrete roof although I booked weeks ago. Bathroom was tiny and shower difficult to use. Don't bother with this hotel. Not worth the steep price.

It's ok Value for Money

Paid for late check out only for the maid to barge in twice. Breakfast menu was a rip off for what you get.

Centrally located, comfortable

Extra couch in the room made it a bit cramped. Garbage truck outside at a VERY early hour disturbed our sleep.

The swimming pool and terrace were excellent to swim and play, however, there could have been something for some shade over the pool and the pool could have been cleaned a bit more not to have leaves and bugs. The beds were very comfortable and clean and the TV worked great.

I didn't like the quality of the bathroom. No bathtub plug, big crack in the wall, had to ask for towels twice cause I was only given one set for two people and they forgot to bring them when I asked. I didn't get a room in a high floor that I requested which was very disappointing as it wasn't peak period and I am sure they had them available. When speaking to someone on the phone they were unsure of whether they had dinner although booking.com said it did for an extra charge and when I put the question via email, I never got an answer, even after my stay, I was just told a very vague answer. Can they not know if they have dinner or not? Breakfast was pretty poor. Very untasty eggs and shortage of food.
