Metroya çok yakın olması büyük avantajdı. Yakında marketler de var. Otel genel olarak beklentilerimizi karşıladı. Lobide oturma alanı mevcut. Ücretsiz kullanabileceğiniz kahve makinesi var.

Oda çok küçüktü. Aynı anda iki kişi geçemiyor yatağın yanından. Valizler için de alan kısıtlıydı.

Great hotel, close to the subway station (2 min walk), clean with great staff. They are changing your towels each day even though you are not asking them. The suburb where the hotel is situated is nice with all you need- small restaurants and 7-Eleven. We booked our vacation and had to move to another room for the last night but the staff managed our booking so we were able to stay in the same room. Breakfast is really nice with mixtures of European and Asian food so everybody can find something for him. Rooms have everything you need but it is not very specious but this is something you have to be prepared for when you go to Japan.

Aamupala oli monipuolinen ja hyvä. Henkilökunta oli mukava ja metroasema sijaitsi lähellä hotellia.

Huone oli pölyinen ja epäsiisti. 'Premium' hotellin nimessä antaa paremman kuvan hotellista kuin se oikeasti on. Hotellin/huoneen sisustus oli vanhanaikainen, katosta halkeili maali, verhot olivat tahraiset ja seinissä oli kolhuja. Sisustus oli kuin 1990-2000 luvulta. Huonekoko oli pieni. Pyykinpesumahdollisuutta ei ollut. Booking.comissa hotellin chat on hakkeroitu jo vuonna 2023, eikä asiaa ole korjattu vieläkään.

הגענו ל9 לילות, עובדי המלון היו נעימים, ושירותיים. המלון נמצא בקרבת מטרו במרחק של 3 דקות הליכה, ארוחת הבוקר של המלון היתה מעולה, אנחנו אוכלים צמחוני והיה מענה. יש במלון אופציה לשליחת מזוודות, המרת כסף, קפה ותה בחינם בכניסה של המלון. בנוסף בכניסה של המלון יש אביזרים למהלך השהות במלון כמו מברשת שיניים, סבונים וסכיני גילוח בחינם.

חדר קצת קטן אבל אפשר להסתדר, זה ממש לא נורא.

The hotel is perfect and very comfortable for a few nights. Just few steps from metro station and few minutes from some really good restaurants and park. The breakfast is delicious and there are a big selection of local dishes and western dishes. Really quite room.

Very small room. The corridors smelled strange when we arrived. Room was cleaned every 3rd day - we stayed 9 nights and the room was only cleaned twice. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Poor, ineffective laundry facilities, it took ages to dry our clothes and some items were ruined. The whole place is in need of a good renovation. The staff didn't speak much English and were a little unprofessional - at reception they were sometimes huddled in a corner giggling amongst themselves. Value for money was terrible, we've stayed in much nicer places in Japan for far less.

Des prix vraiment élevés pour des chambres très standard, encore avec de la moquette. Les rideaux étaient tachés, et impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres.

L'emplacement top pour visiter Tokyo et sortir le soir à Shinjuku. La chambre est propre et très confortable.

I had the double room which I recommend for solo travelers with lots of luggage. Bathroom was nice, whole area was clean. the staff was easy to work with even with the language barrier. Thank you again!

no option for early check in

the room size was enough regarding japan standard, how ever the missing of a closet was disappoint. besides perfect location to access all the sites we wanted in Tokyo.

La chambre pour trois était correct, propre. L'emplacement idéal proche de tout en métro. En libre service le distributeur de café, chocolat chaud, les produits de toilette à disposition, pyjama, chausson... Le petit-déjeuner répétitif mais correct mention spéciale pour le pain perdu un régal. Je recommande et reviendrai avec plaisir.

Un lit double et un lit simple pour un couple et un ado de 13 ans aurait été idéal et plus spacieux que deux lits simples plus grand que la normale et un lit d'appoint. Vous perdez de la place. Pensez-y.

Convenient to subway and restaurants.

Room is extremely small. Triple room with 2 single beds plus I extra bed are all sandwiched side by side. This is not considered a triple room that we paid 600+ yen. No place to put our 3+3 luggage’s. Both toilet and bathroom are in one. Unable to move around. No telephone in the room too to contact reception.

Close to station and station lifts especially one near Fire Museum. Room size adequate and storage space ok. Plenty of eating places around and surprise yourself by going into smaller typical restaurants. Housekeeping follows sustainability standards. Didn't use extra hotel facilities as too busy enjoying Tokyo but we had good sleep.

Hopefully the restaurant for breakfast is NOT owned by the Hotel. Staff shortage and inability to replenish food or coffee/milk a problem. Not welcoming although took your breakfast cards handed out by hotel. Attempted meet & greet but very poor ... not customer service quality although everyone well dressed and food acceptable if you didn't need to wait. Need restaurant supervisor to oversee and delegate , not hands on as no one seems in charge.

Room is clean, just a little bit tight especially if traveling with family. Not enough space to put luggage.

מלון מעולה, נח, חדרים גדולים יותר מרוב המקומות בטוקיו ובמחיר סביר. קרוב מאוד לצחנת מטרו ובתכלס זה כל מה שצריך כדי להיות קרובים לכל מקום בטוקיו. שווה את המחיר (בפריחת הדובדבן ובהתראה קצרה זה היה המלון היחיד עם מחיר שפוי). צוות מקסים מאוד, לא ככ יודע אנגלית אבל עדיין משתדל לעזור.

Location was great, very close to train station (2 min walk). Easy to find hotel. Buffet breakfast was good. Great to have a laundry room with a small baby.

The room was very small. But we expected that for Tokyo. If you have small children, we couldn’t fit a portable cot in the room, and our pram had to stay outside the room. So others may want to consider that when booking/preparing for your trip.

洗面所の鏡が大きくライトも蛍光色で明るくて見やすくメイクなどしやすかった 用意してあった部屋着がシンプルで(時々変なデザインのものに出会ったりしたことがある)着心地良かった お部屋も落ち着いたデザインでよかった

昨今のホテルはミネラルウオーターが無料提供の所ばっかりだったので、当然こちらもお部屋にあるものだと思っていたのでなかった事にびっくりした ベッドサイトの明かりがもう少し暗かったら眠りやすかったかも・・・ 目に見えるところは綺麗だったのが、洗面所でものを落として拾う時に裏面に目がいってしまって黒いものが点々と見えてしまったところが残念だった
