The room was small but clean and fine

For the price, it was so underwhelming bed was so small and completely uncomfortable, and the pillows were lumpy and old

Mattress topper was good, but the bed was a double bed.

Old bedside alarm that only takes old iphones to play music. So to play music you go via the TV wwhich has basic speakers and you have to have an awful bright blue screen on when listening to music. Needs updating!

One of the main reasons I booked this property was that tit said there was a spa on site and there wasn't - I would not have paid the rate without this.

Facilities modern, clean, comfortable

Was looking forward to a great nights sleep on the famous art series mattress, and was disappointed the bed didn’t have one. There was no tea bags and milk provided (had to ask for them) and the cleaners were knocking on the door at 10am despite having a late checkout of 1pm.

Staff were awesome so welcoming and friendly

could be more clean our windows were very dirty and the pool was filthy.

Beautiful property with the art work and decor. There was construction going on but didn’t even realise. Only knew as a tradie got off on the construction level. The rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and the soaps smelt amazing!! Will defiantly stay again

Great location and feel to the hotel. Loved the John Olsen art. Pool looked amazing.

Excellent location. Loved the special touches, such as Easter eggs and hot cross bun for Easter. Beautiful room.
