Excellent service from staffs politeness and good suggestion and they are proficient in English. good location close to metro line, breakfast is good more choices.

everything is good from my view, better to add-on the proactive services from staffs such as take customer to be seated here is depend on the hotel policy.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and professional.

The breakfast was disappointing because there wasn't a great variety of fruit or hot European food. The coffee cups were very small and the coffee wasn't very hot. there was no tea, just coffee. The swimming pool was cold and there were some dirty marks on the bottom of the pool. The room was too hot, when we asked for a room fan, it was much better, when we asked for a second fan for the other room we were told that there were none left. We could turn the air conditioning down low enough to cool the room.
