There is someone and his name is Pradeep and every day he has such an amazing energy at the breakfast to make you start the day with a huge positive energy.special thanks also for moheen at the concierge for always going extra mile to make the guest happy. Your team was amazing.

The rooms are a little old but the service compensate hugely.

The location was perfect, the cleanliness was perfect as well, the staff : adorable ! Everybody was so nice and very helpful, the reception, the concierge, the cleaning staff, the chef at breakfast! No exception ! They even made me a little surprise for my birthday, thank you so much for the attention. The pool with the view on Burj Khalifa was very nice. The room was very clean, modern, beautiful view on Burj Khalifa as well. I’ll definitely come back when visiting Dubai again. Breakfast is also very good, different cooking every morning and very tasty.

The location is at the center. There are some restaurants around the area. It is close to the metro station. The staff is very friendly and willing to support. Room are spacious and very clean.

My family feels inspiring with the visiting this Hotel. It was definitely pleasant stay. This hotel is located close to many Dubai's sightseeings. Everything in the hotel was convenient and modern. Varied breakfasts, fresh beverages and delicious snacks. But specially I would like to notice the maintenance team. Everyone was helpful and friendly. My favourite staff on the Ground floor are Khodarahm from Iran, Mimmi from Italy. Safiza created our pleasant mood and energised us every breakfast in Dune restaurant. We really enjoy our club access staying with Dinash, Lae Lae, Janeth, Nurgul, Kith, Kopila Rai, they organised everything, serviced us in a very professional, friendly and helpful way. I am aware that we return to Shangri La Hotel again to get new pleasant experience.

it could be better if we had more vegetables fresh salad in the breakfast.

Is everything perfect especially when you go with family . I had a wonderful experience at the (Shangai -La Hotel,Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! I can’t remember all the names but I can say thank you to Lae where we eat breakfast and all of them there and to Khodarahm Francis to the main door.Nazifa to the first floor where we eat dinner , Kelum for room service, I can say everyone who works there they doing a perfect job, I can really recommend and I hope see you soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
