I lived in this hotel for few months and I appreciate staff and management of this hotel for helping me every day. Staff from reception (everyone) - ❤️

Śniadanie spełniło moje oczekiwanie, było urozmaicone, potrawy były smaczne. Obsługa była znakomita, życzenia spełniane były bez zbędnej zwłoki. Pokoje sprzątane były codziennie i dostawaliśmy wodę do picia.

Klimatyzacja w pokoju nie do końca spełniła moje oczekiwania - nie mogłem ustawić temperatury tak jak chciałem mimo wysiłków personelu. Ale nie było to uciążliwe bo temp. na zewnątrz nie była zbyt wysoka.

This hotel was better than what we expected. Front desk staff was very well trained. We keep extending our stay every night up to 7 nights total. Thanks to Motaz, Joy and Ayoub for helping us to get rooms extended so we don't have to move to other hotel plus during that time it was peak season due to the airshow in Dubai. The food at restaurant was nice too. Pretty decent and we had the full board and half board package for the entire 7 nights. Overall, we will definitely be back again. Thanks for the service.

The hotel is very clean and with good ambience. Friendly and Professional staffs.Nice family room set- up. Good and delicious food at Nueva Restaurant. Special thanks to Ms Tricia and Mr. Rahul for your assistance during our check- in. Thanks to our room boy for making our room pleasant. Thank you Nuevo Restaurant for the good and delicious food and to Ms. Divina for your assistance and thank you to the lifeguard personnel for keeping the pool area clean.
