False advertising. Beach compared to photos is tiny and dirty. Also roof pool requires star prestige access. We were able to upgrade to star prestige but if we hadn’t our holiday would have been ruined.

well we wasn’t advised that you had to be prestige to use the beautiful pool up top as advertised on the booking.com pictures there’s was no tea or coffee in rooms and room service was 10am-10pm the water machines were sometimes not working! the safe in our room was broke,, only 2 channels on the tv were English bbc news and bbc 1/2 the food was ok the smoothies and juice warm every morning

Elevators took a while - we often took the stairs but would be difficult for anyone on an upper level or in need of wheelchair access Taxis around 6pm were also difficult due to Nikki Beach being so close - just something you need to plan around Live musician at breakfast on the patio was VERY loud - it also deterred a lot of guest (they would walk out, hear the music and walk back in) Air conditioning didn't blow us away (no pun intended)

Front desk Staff were amazing! 😀 Hotel was super clean and generally very well maintained. A/C worked perfectly in the room. Twin side sea view was spacious enough with 2 single beds but more like a good 3* than 4 which is the official rating. Dinner can we swapped for lunch without any pre notice and this was great. We only did it once but appreciated it.

Hard to find a bed anywhere around the pool. Lots of the areas you see in photos of the hotel are actually reserved for privilege guests so you cant use them with a normal room.. I.e the roof terrace is not open to sea view rooms and only suites of some kind. Meals are "ok" but after a few days you will be fed up of same thing all the time and not everything is really fresh or well cooked :-( Fruit salad for example is often squishy because it's been there too long. We rented a car and it was usually OK to park close to the hotel but we did struggle on 2 evenings. I did read there was no official parking so I had checked on Google maps before I booked the rental. Finally, location is nice but quite secluded. If you like to walk to a town or leave the hotel for anything by foot then you csnt here. We took taxis every night to different places and peak times were very very difficult. On Friday night around 7pm we waited more than an hour. Obviously not the hotels fault at all but it's something to think about.

The staff were amazing, we travelled as a group and one of our friends became ill and it turned out to be serious. The hotel staff couldn’t have done more to help, they organised doctors and nothing was too much trouble - amazing thank you.

staff were unbelievable, literally couldn't do enough for you every single moment of the day. The buffet breakfast was excellent and catered to all tastes and the room was comfortable.

The photos made it look like the pool was almost on the edge of the beach, but this isn't quite the case. Initially i was disappointed but the general facilities and the staff being so good more than made up for this.

Had never been to Ibiza before so was unsure what to expect - probably a basic hotel for party goers - but we arrived to a beautiful place with the most friendly staff. Clean, well organised, friendly, on the beachfront - couldn’t ask for more really. Even though we weren’t all inclusive, we were treated the exact same. Highly recommend.

wasnt warned the jetty wouldn’t be open even though it’s advertised in marketing photos. were given twin beds with no option despite being a couple.

The staff at the front desk was excellent. Very helpful especially Bass. Food and beverage service staff was attentive and polite. Food quality was excellent. Access to surrounding area was convenient and simple to get around.

Comfortable rooms, great location near beaches and a good breakfast selection.

Over-priced and over-crowded. Limited space around the pool and all just a little bit below par. Bar closes about 11pm, which is pretty early for Ibiza!

Looked gorgeous, well kept, beautiful pool, stunning views, great costal walks with beach restaurants and bars, amazing choice of meals in the restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner, bars, spa….so much to praise but most of all….the staff made our stay!

pools were great, gym too, food selection was very good and staff really friendly and helpful.

only thing we found was the location was a little isolated, hardly any restaurants near by so it meant a taxi ride to go anywhere outside the hotel. combine this with the difficulty of getting taxis people should just be aware of this situation

A hotel with staff who want your holiday to be even better than you do!! Fab food, lovely long, deep pool, great entertainment. Thank you to Bass and Carolina for making our stay and my birthday so special!
