I am always bothered by calls from the desk who calls me while I am sleeping !! I told them several times that I don’t want to receive any call in my room but it seems they don’t care ! they keep awake me with their call ! so I am paying 80$ a night an hotel to be disturbed in my sleep and it’s very frustrating ! i wanted to extend here but will look for another hotel right away !!

Comfortable stay with free car parking which is very important in Dubai. Rotana maintain their brand name and much appreciated

Amazing hotel, very comfortable and clean room. Good located - right next to Mall of the Emirates and a metro station. The staff was very friendly and responsive. We had an awesome stay!

it was only two nights busy two days the first night when i reached the wc was not clean its not the cleaning boy problem the flash it may be old so i saw peice of s* today early morning i wanted to iron my clothes it wasnt working when i picked the phone to speak to costumer service the phone was low bettery i will not come back to this hotel for sure
