No balcony

Great central location and near to train station. Accommodation was easy to find, clean with access being easy.

Nothing wrong with properly but link for paying deposit needs some work as my first attempt didn’t go through and didn’t realise until we turned up at apartment and I feel that £250 is an awful lot for a deposit and the 10 day turn around to get your deposit back is too long which will make me seriously consider if I would use these apartments again.

Location was ideal. The room layout was perfect with comfortable beds.

We stayed in room 1F1 as part of our anniversary celebration. The room itself was perfect with a large terrace area outside with access from both bedrooms. Unfortunately, directly above our bedroom door was a small balcony belonging to the room above us. Sadly the occupants of this room decided as it was a nice night to sit on this balcony smoking dope and cigarettes and talking very loudly from 2:30am until 3:30am when we were forced to go outside and tell them that we were trying to sleep. At 6:30am the occupants above decided it was time for another chat on the balcony, but thankfully only lasted 15 minutes. The balcony floor is slatted and anything dropped from above falls through the slats lands at the door of the bedroom. When we went out in the morning, there were cigarette butts, a tea spoon and an earing lying at the door. There are no staff available at reception through the night and you need to call a phone number to alert someone if you have an issue. We addressed the situation directly. 2 hours of sleep did not make for a pleasant stay. We loved the room and the hotel location, but the design of the upstairs room's balcony being directly outside our bedroom patio doors is a poor design and maybe a notice for guests in the room above to show more consideration to the guests below should be displayed.

The property was good, well equipped with required items. It was spacious and easy to reach from all train stations.

We did not get any bath towels for our stay, in-spite of requesting the reception. The kitchen sink door was broken and deposit information was not written on booking.com.

location, cleanliness and well equipped

settees were well used and very hard to get out off due to sagging seats. unfortunately the heating and hot water went off on Sunday morning and did not come on again before we left on Monday morning.

the queen size bed was actually 2 single beds joined together. they split in the middle of the night while i was in my deep sleep.

the windows are a little thin letting in the street noise(with a club and bar just opposite). The sheets on the pull out couch had not been washed (there were black sequins and dirt on it still so instead our 4th just slept on the opposite couch with no pull out)

Very Impressed with the flat..looks like we may have been upgraded a little bit. We all loved it definitely use it again great location brilliant little bar next door..soulsa try it!!!
