Grocery store is close. Breakfast was very good, but I still don't understand the beans for the breakfast. People must love holding back things or aroma theraphy in the long drives or during flights.

-USB chargin slots broken in both rooms I was staying. -Glass bathroom door handles were lose in both rooms. I fixed one with my allen wrench on my first room, but was too tired to fix it in my second room.

There was foul odor in the room. It may have been from outside but we only noticed it when we got in the room. It was also quite noisy. Sounded like a party was happening a floor above. The room phone had no dial tone so we could not call the front. We had an early morning flight and did not get much rest at all. We were in room 326.

The breakfast was really nice. It had great options and very healthy choices.

Conveniently located near Keflavík airport, so if you’re arriving late or departing early, this would be a comfortable option!! We came from the Blue Lagoon before checking in and it was only 20 minutes away.

The decor is very nice, staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast buffet was only okay. The gluten free bread was served poorly and couldn't be eaten. The SPA/gym is closed which I didn't notice until after I'd booked, my fault but still a shame. No instructions on how to use the safe had to get a member of staff to show me.

very expensive short taxi ride to and from the airport so you need to add at least £50 to the cost of the stay - should be a shuttle bus for so many hotels close together.

We only stayed for about 10 hours, the night before an early flight. The room is a bit small for 3 people (two single beds and a sofa bed), but the beds were very comfortable, luxury toiletries provided, fluffy towels- and the water did not smell of sulphur as in our previous apartment. The restaurant and bar were full on a Saturday night, very nice atmosphere. Quick check in and check out. Nice Italian and other restaurants in walking distance (under 1 kilometer) if you want to eat out an not in the hotel restaurant. Bar stays open late, free parking, great to catch an early flight as only 5-10 mins drive to airport.

Limited storage for luggage if a family stays, but fine for a short stay

Nice, clean, very posh design, staff nice!!!

We arrived @ 8 pm, they have a restaurant as well which was full, we spoke to receptionist and they kindly offered us a table despite the fact that it was about to close!!!

Our room was upgraded to a suite. We thanked the receptionist and mentioned to her how wonderful that was as it was our 30th wedding anniversary. We had also mentioned we would be getting a bite to eat in the restaurant, she told the staff in the restaurant and they prepared a dessert for us with fireworks in it, a very classy act. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
