La atención del personal fue excelente. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado en la habitación y nos cambiaron a otra mejor. En todo momento se preocuparon porque estuviéramos cómodos. Además hablaban español perfectamente, por lo que la comunicación fue muy fácil. El hotel es cómodo y moderno, y está ubicado muy cerca del anfiteatro, por lo que resulta ideal para visitar el casco antiguo de la ciudad de Verona. Desayuno variado y excelente.

El parking no se encuentra en el mismo hotel, cuando llegas por primera vez debes aparcar mal (pues es una zona concurrida), e ir al hotel para que te den las llaves e indicar dónde se encuentra (está cerca, a unos 5 min andando), por lo que pasamos un poco de nervios. Nos acompañó el personal, que muy amablemente nos ayudó a llevar las maletas.

L emplacement juste parfait à côté du centre historique (à 5 minutes à pied) ainsi que du parking public souterrain surveillé "Citadella" (également 5 minutes à pied). Grand choix au petit déjeuner, petit bémol pour les amateurs de café (pas le meilleur café italien)

La literie, trop dur a notre goût

The location was excellent and close to the center.

My friend and I stayed in LA LOGGIA appartment (dettached from Hotel) from June 10th till June 13th, 2024. If I could give no face/star, I would. I hope to prevent that this dirt hole of an appartement will be booked again. Beside to be totally outdated, the pictures on booking dont even come close. It was filthy, dusty, dirty, everywhere, every room. No light bulb in the bathroom, gilded edge on the mirror, door frame broken at bottom, dust under the wall lamps, even remote was not wiped down. When we arrived the kitchen stove had the cooking leftovers from the previous guest still on it. See yourself pictures included. Believe me I dont stay at the Ritz or 4 Season but I have never seen anything like that. Funny at check out, the staff at the reception did not even have the courtesy to ask how our stay was. I bet you, they dont dare to ask that question. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!

Non mi è piaciuto lo staff in generale, in particolare uno, molto maleducato e menefreghista. Hanno reso un fine settimana di svago veramente terrificante.

Perfect location! Everything on your door step

Departamento grande y espacioso, con vista al río y cocina. Esta a 650mts del hotel donde se hace el check in y tienen un servicio de shuttle por el equipaje.

Me habían indicado que está a 500mts pero en realidad son 650mts del hotel. Lo único que en una hab no había calefacción así que dormimos en el salón.

I liked that the apartment had a small kitchen and some basic kitchenware for cooking along side a decent size mini fridge and a microwave. The apartment itself was situated in view of river Adige and that was pretty good. I also liked that Hotel Mastino who dealt with the check-in had a staff member who took us to our apartment by car and explained to us the entry process further. The wifi was decent but sometimes it was lagging.

I didn't like the fact that there were no slippers on the apartment. I'll remove 1 star just for that.
