The place was absolutely gorgeous! Lovely big towels in the bathroom!

Sehr gutes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstücksbüffet und toller Bar. Große sehr saubere Zimmer. Die Lage war ebenfalls in Ordnung, man läuft bis ins Zentrum ca 15-20 Minuten.

Very stylish inside. Rooms spacious and beds very comfortable. Found the room too warm during the night even with air con. Breakfast great value for money and kids ate free. TV had chromecast which meant you could link up your apps to watch tv. We had a lovely time here.

We found the location a bit far out and needed an Uber. Underground carpark but it’s €15 even for paying guests which I was surprised at.

Das Personal ist so super freundlich und engagiert. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr herzlich. Wir waren zwei Stunden zu früh da und haben trotzdem schon unser Zimmer beziehen dürfen. Wir hatten zudem unseren Steckdosenadapter vergessen und uns wurde einer ausgeliehen. Dann fragten wir wegen eines Late Check Outs an, dieser wurde uns gewährt ohne Aufpreis, 1,5 Stunden durften wir das Zimmer länger haben. Insgesamt ist das Interieur des Hotels super schön, es gibt unglaublich viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und -ecken. Das Frühstück ist auch sensationell gut. Viel Auswahl, toll hergerichtet und benutztes Geschirr wird sehr schnell abgeräumt. Die Zimmer sind auch toll eingerichtet. Das Bett ist super bequem, man hat genug Stauraum und Ablageflächen. Es gibt unglaublich viele Steckdosen und Lampen und einen riesen Fernseher sogar mit Skyempfang. Jeden Tag erhält man pro Person 0,5 Liter stilles Wasser, zudem Tee, Kaffee, Kakao, Zucker und Milch und Kekse. Man hat ein tolles Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Shampoo, Duschgel und Bodylotion bekommt man jeden Tag. Zwei große Handtücher, zwei normale Handtücher und zwei Kleine. Das Reinigungspersonal ist super gründlich. Sie haben sogar mein leeres Duschgel in der Dusche raus genommen und mir genau dort neues hingelegt, das nenne ich Weltklasse-Service und hat mir absolut ein Lächeln auf die Lippen gezaubert. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe von einem Zugbahnhof und Bushaltestellen, man ist in 20 Minuten mit dem Bus am Flughafen und in 30 Minuten mit dem Zug an der Küste in Howth. Zu den Haltestellen läuft man in etwa 5 Minuten. In die Stadt läuft 15-20 Minuten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, denn hier wird Erholung groß geschrieben.

O atendimento da equipe é excelente, quarto grande, limpeza impecável, muito confortável, tínhamos banheira no quarto e a comodidade de fazer um café ou chá no quarto com tudo diponível e sem custos adicionais. O hotel também dispõe de café da manhã completo pelo custo de 15€ por pessoa por dia. Também tinha bar em que era possível tomar cervejas e drinks. Foi uma estádia maravilhosa.

A cama d casal era um pouco pequena, nós estávamos acostumados a nossa vama King, mas foi uma opçãp minha na hora da reserva. O colchão não era tão duro quanto gostaria, mas de modo geral era confortável, quarto grande e tudo muito limpo, com serviços de quarto e limpesa todos os dias.

The public areas of the hotel are stylish and well maintained. The bar area is cosy with plenty of seating, and the food served in there was delicious - the bar staff were lovely and welcoming. The food in the restaurant was also well presented and tasty, but note that it is restricted opening hours. The hotel is in a good location for onward travel (although a little run down if you wanted to walk around), with ample parking underneath the building - we were travelling around Dublin then due to catch a ferry, it's not far to the port from the hotel. The bedrooms are very comfortable and clean, and the shower was powerful and hot. We could not fault the rooms in terms of comfort and would recommend the hotel on this alone. The choice of TV channels was reasonable and it was easy to cast to the TV from our phones.

The reception staff don't seem very well trained or organised, although pleasant. We sent several emails over the week prior to our stay, both via booking.com and direct to the hotel, no reply was received to any of our attempted contacts. On check in, the receptionist struggled to allocate a room and had to keep involving a colleague, we were kept waiting for around 15 minutes while that was figured out. On check out, another receptionist did not know how to check us out and got a colleague to do this but could not provide a receipt - although we did then receive this by email, as promised. Restaurant staff were surly. The restaurant was also cold, dark, and noisy - the bar was definitely the better experience. Bedrooms do experience a lot of noise , from the courtyard, corridors and neighbouring rooms - they are not very well insulated against this. The hotel did quieten down at a reasonable hour though and we did not struggle to sleep.

Went to a watch party across the road at croke park hogan suite so it was ideal location for that. Literally across the road from the venue. Perfect venue for anything croke park, its a pity I couldn't get a hotel for Coldplay next august in this hotel. I paid an arm and a leg else where but I believe the croke park hotel was sold out fast. The staff were lovely.

There was a loud humming/buzzing sound in/around/over the room for the majority of the stay. Myself and my gf struggled to sleep with the sound. It was like a Air con or refrigerator noise. It was really loud and off putting. Had to put in ear buds to try and sleep. Everything else about the stay was perfect though the staff were great.

The food was delicious and the staff was attentive and friendly! My husband was I’ll and I went to the front desk and they had me speak with the manager who was very kind and he arranged for my husband to be seen by a local physician and even arranged a taxi. We saw the Dr. Who was wonderful and put my husband on antibiotics. He is showing signs of recovery already !

There was a computer glitch that caused us to be overcharged but the problem was swiftly resolved.

Destacar la atención del personal y especialmente a Daniel que nos ayudó con infinita amabilidad, tanto en la entrada como en la salida. Limpieza, calidad de instalaciones, tranquilidad, botellas de agua disponibles, textiles y amenities de calidad. Ubicación a 20 minutos caminando del centro y a 20-25 minutos de taxi desde el aeropuerto. Viajando en familia, nos resultó práctico y nos permitió conocer una zona menos turística de Dublín.

El desayuno de hotel sale caro y no hay cafeterías cerca. Dar opción de desayuno sencillo más asequible sería un plus.

The bar was extremely late hours , my room was adjacent to the courtyard and at 2.05 the racket from drunken fools was a joke and totally unacceptable
