Perfectly situated, wonderful staff , unique boutique hotel full of charm large room, excellent.

There was nothing I did not like , well perhaps that there was no elevator, but I knew that when booking so it was not a surprise.

Quiet spot just a short and safe walk to Parc Kennedy. Nice terrace at front of hotel for breakfast or evening meals. Room was larger than expected, not sure if we were upgraded! Staff all very helpful.

Centrally located in Miraflores with a convenient restaurant on site (serving Peruvian food) and helpful staff, this was a perfect start to our holiday and I would definitely stay here again on a return visit. Clean, comfortable, quiet, with lovely interiors -- and with ample filtered water.

This property exceeded my expectations, so I can't say anything negative about it?

Excellent location!! Very close to the malecón walkway by the ocean and lovers park. The staff was super helpful and friendly and the breakfast had a great variety.

Breakfast was an extensive buffet on the first morning and then a cooked to order meal on the second day when I believe guest numbers had temporarily dropped. All of this was delicious. The lady who served us was so attentive and helpful. Our room was quiet and calming with gentle silent air con, toiletries and a good tv showing many channels.

We could not have wanted for more - from the delightfully warm and friendly staff to the beautiful upstairs balconies and well maintained terrace out front where one could eat a delicious meal surrounded by lovely plants.

I Liked everything, just stay the way you are

The hotel had lots of character with sitting areas and a restaurant on the main floor. The rooms were clean and comfortable and opened onto a central courtyard that was very quiet. We highly recommend this hotel

Superb hotel in a good location. Staff is super friendly. This hotel has great Style and is very comfortable.. walk out the door and go to the right and 10 minutes you're at the beach. Go to the left and you're at Kennedy Park which is a great destination. Highly recommend this hotel

The room aren’t like you see in the photos. Really small and old. Breakfast service was really bad, I arrived two minutes late (9.32 instead 9.30) and they didn’t serve me the breakfast. They were really unpolite. Not the right mood for an hotel

We were able to walk to most locations in Miraflores, and although the hotel had a good bar and restaurant, with patio dining offered, there were also several excellent cafe restaurants nearby.

Everything. Great building, lovely rooms, fantastic location, wonderful staff. Amazing amazing amazing! This is a lovely building, beautifully restored, with helpful staff, good breakfast, and spotless rooms. It is located 2 minutes from bars and restaurants and 5 minutes from the boardwalk. Honestly, I could not have asked for a better hotel in Lima.
