Quiet, relaxing, very friendly staff and luggage storage. The breakfast was delicious. The gym had plenty of equipment- dumbbells, bench, cable ‘total gym,’ treadmills, stability balls and mats. Highly recommended!!

Clean facilities and front desk friendly. Location is good but not the best.

Strong music is still to 3 am. every night. We can't sleep. It's too far away to the beach @ 20 minutes walk. Basic and poor breakfast, it's NOT buffet how the pictures show.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Miraflores, close to the very nice Kennedy Park (if you like cats, you have to stay near this park).

Upon arrival I was given a room on the 5th floor that had the dirtiest carpet I've ever seen in a hotel. To have such a carpet in a 4 star hotel was nothing short of insulting. O I asked for and received another room in the 6th floor (after checking other, equally dirty, rooms on the 5th floor). During my second stay, later on that week, I directly asked for a room on the 6th floor.

Location is pretty good - very near from Kennedy Park and Malecon beach, and there is a big supermarket (WONG) not far from hotel 10mins by foot. Also restaurants are everywhere across the street. I felt very secure while I was walk along the streets, people was so nice too. Reception men were so kind and friendly, they helped me and explained me well enough. Roomsize was so suitable for solo traveler. Room has 1 universal plug on the wall, and 3~4 electricity socket (220V with l l shape) on the wall. Bed was comfy, temperature was cozy too. There was a fridge but empty. Tea pot and some teabags were equipped. Bathroom was good too. Water pressure was good enough to enjoy a shower. Pretty nice hotel & Room, I recommend here and would stay one more time if I have a further chance.

- There was noise from Elevator, everytime elevator works, it make a huge noise.

While my stay at this hotel was something of an unexpected event, the reward of being part of it was quite surprising. It is first of all located in a central part of Miraflores and close to all bars/clubs and stores. This made it very easy to walk, purchase food and still have a a good time around the city knowing the hotel is close for a night of rest. Needless to say, the breakfast was out of this world. Highly recommend it.

The view was not the best since I stayed at the 3rd floor. There was a club next to it so if you plan to have a quiet night on saturday, well, that's not going to happen.
