Great little hotel in a lovely quiet area. Close to the main attractions and felt safe. Bed was Super comfortable and even though we were close to reception it was quiet. The breakfast is freshly made in front of you each morning and it was delicious. The staff are also great, they had little English but made lots of effort for us.

Nothing to complain about, but the rooms are on the smaller side which is expected in a boutique hotel.

The staff was helpful. We arrived very early from the airport and they had the option to store our luggage. The breakfast was also very delicious.

The staff gave us the room on the ground floor. The room was very small, felt humid and very noisy. Also, the room was cold and you couldn’t change the temperature. The communication was not always easy as the staff didn’t understand English.

The bed is the most comfy I've ever slept in my whole 25-day travel in South America. The breakfast is substantial and yummy.

The staff can't speak English. The design of the hotel has some defects, such as toilet papers cannot be threw into the toilet, but the toilet paper bin not only have the lid, also under the flush tank. The cleanness isn't good, lots of dirt on the floor and furniture. Very noisy, just like you sleep on the street.

The decor and coziness of the hotel was great.

The male staff were not very helpful. The night staff did not understand the most basic asks in English or Spanish. During checkout, the male attendant saw three women trying to take the bags out of of the gate, and he only stood holding the door without attempting to help us put the bags in the cab. Otherwise the stay was comfortable, the lady who made breakfast was helpful.

(We were in Lima in August) the rooms do not have heaters and they are quite cold. The shower did not have a door and the whole bathroom would get wet.

Beautiful little hotel in a great location close to the attractions in Miraflores; scrupulously clean and very comfortable, wonderful breakfast made to order. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful; highly recommended!!

Nice, welcoming and boutiquy

This boutique hotel has some quirky touches with the decor which we liked. The room was large and comfortable and we also liked the large, open shower. We had a room overlooking the breakfast area. There's a nice big bath in the room but we didn't use it. The lady who greeted us on arrival was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a short walk to the cliff top parks and recreational areas

The breakfast is not good. There is a limited choice and on one occasion, the ingredients to the dish we wanted were not available. Given there's only three choices, it's not very satisfactory. Also, despite ordering in Spanish, we weren't served what we ordered. The staff preparing the food appear to be wearing what they just walked off the street in (different to the lady who greeted us on arrival). We're not expecting uniforms or chefs whites, but they should at least take their jackets off and try to look the part. What's with the tennis racquets on the doors? They just fall off every time you open or close the door....We asked for an iron and ironing board which were not delivered.

the location is quite good and they have free bikes for you to use and go around the city, which is quite nice. the interiors of the hotel have nice aesthetic! Eventhough the bedroom is smaller then we expected.

The shower didn’t have hot water for everyone when most of the guests were using it, which is absurd. They only cleaned the bathroom everyday, but the bed stayed undone for the whole stay. We had ants in our room, even in bed. And the breakfast food was very dry and not tasty at all.

The location is great. Staff is attentive and courteous. The interior design of the hotel is original and interesting. Two terraces to hang out. One is on the rooftop, nice to soak in the city's atmosphere and a have a drink. I loved it.

A bit noisy, close to busy street, but earplugs solved the problem; the bed was really comfortable with good quality mattress. I would return, but book a different room, facing to the back of the building.

bad quality of Wi-Fi, extremely slow breakfast with low number of options. Water in a shower barely can be called warm and it takes forever to become warm. Checkout is too early for such slow breakfast.

The sold me a room with a balcony and private entrance but the hotel has no rooms with private entrance or balconys at all.

Our room was quite small because there was no other room available. Next time the bigger one.
