The hotel was nice enough, but the included parking is a joke, and the staff were not helpful at all.

The food is very tasty, the outdoor pool is very big.

The indoor pool - they not warming the water, so when it's cloudy it's same like the outdoor one, that is dissapointing. The sea is not on 450m how they say in their website - that is a lie (a business trick) - go and measure in google maps - straight line from hotel to sea is 650m - but you never can go in straight line - if you can fly, yes you can. We had pets in our room on 5th floor - we tell that to reception - they not made anything. The room cleaning service only changing the towels. You must wait at least 4min for an elevators.

Room space is generous.

TV and AC not working Bad and spoiled food, and only a few dishes. Maximum two star hotel. Expensive for nothing. I received a different room than the one reserved.

The only thing that we like was the YOUNG people on staff, the rest of them were like they were forced to come to work. I guess they are at the beginning and ambitious, it will not last long there.

Well..let`s begin with the check-in. It took very much because even if there are 2 receptionists, only 1 is handling the check-in part. The woman cannot handle to many tasks, so first you have to move the car so they can check you in...without any explications because you have to move it to private parking next to them and pay...a lot of money !! and BE AWARE when you leave, they will charge you again and will not let you leave. I paid 100 leva for 5 days - NO RECIPE / INVOICE, and they don`t tell you that is until 15.00 pm, they tell you for the entire day, and when you leave they charge you again. Anyway, after I managed the parking, I came back to the front desk and wait for another 20 minutes for the woman to see me because she doesn't care about the queue or order...and she becomes aggressive when you tell her about it. But...Goosfraba we are on holiday so we skipped these issues. We wanted to go to the pool, all the pool chairs taken, 10% people, but all reserved with towels on them, so don`t bother, when you ask for new ones, of course, they don`t have...Goosfraba again. Food - low quality, few types, one cooking man for hundreds of people...imagine the crowd, so we skipped mostly the cooked ones because you had to wait for a long time to get something cooked. They cannot face the situation...1 cook...really? Rooms - I don`t know where these 4 stars come from...seriously. No robes, dryer, needles set...etc (4 stars stuff). The keys are working after 5-6 trials, so you can enter the room. One time the housekeeping let us in because the card didn`t work anymore. Thank GOD the air conditioner worked.. Housekeeping - ONCE in 5 days...imagine that. Entertainment....a joke, doesn`t exist, I feel bad for the young people,they are trying...but I guess no support. Staff - Like i said in the begging only the young people are smiling, the guy from the lobby bar...I never saw him smiling.

The hotel and the all inclusive services are awesome in this hotel. The food is excelent, with decent variety. Good beer, good wine, awesome workers in hotel. The room was perfect, with silence, good for who want to rest, for families with children.

Everything was just perfect , we plan to go back next year . Clean rooms with daily cleaning and very nice staff . Food was good , but it can get better .

The hotel staff were helpful, the food was really great. The cleanliness in the room was very nice. I loved the idea of daily programs organized each day. So many facilities and services to be found.

The lack of parking space at the hotel.

Very very dirty room and terrible food. We had bugs in the room and bathroom never cleaned (hair and dirt everywhere). We got sick from their food. They charged 12 leva a day for parking instead of 10 leva as it is on Booking and didn't gave us any receipt for the money we paid. They threatened us that if we don't pay extra money for the parking, our car might get robbed. Bed sheets were dirty when we checked-in, used by the guests who stayed before us. No wifi, no internet. Rude receptionist (Boyana). We didn't feel safe. Paid a lot of money for the lowest services possible. Avoid this place at any cost.

Room was clean and breakfast was really good with lot of food to choose from.

Small room for a 4 star hotel. Also bad valves in bathroom and bad door handle. You had to pay extra for internet in room and in lobby, even though the internet was free, it had small bandwidth. This hotel felt more like a 2 star hotel.
