Good bed, reasonable size room.

The ventilation in the bathroom was filthy (looked like mildew)

The room is big, staff is very friendly, donuts time from 15:00 till 19:00. Location is near Sakae suvlbway station, but far by foot from Nagoya station.

Beds were not that soft, but at least not that wooden hard like at some hotels.

Room was spacious. Staff can speak English. Hotel was near train station.

Excellent location. Close to mall, train station, bus stop, restaurants, and even Oasis 21 and Nagoya tower. And free coffee anytime you want.

Minor issue: Breakfast did not have enough variety.

The room was not completely cleaned. The room was fine but quite dark. The breakfast was correct but disappointed compared to the bright pictures displayed everywhere!

The location is great. And the receptionist are cordial and polite. And they accommodated my request for a room with a view.

The room is uncomfortable, the air conditioning did not work properly, as it was old, but it had a floor fan. The shower was the worst part of all, very bad, you can't take a good shower. Breakfast is ok, not many options. And the parking they have available is not owned by the hotel or an agreement, but what they say, the cheapest is 1300 for 24hrs, if I'm not mistaken. I wouldn't stay again, just out of necessity, but I don't recommend it.
