в комнате поразительно тихо, мы прекрасно выспались и отдохнули. сауна расслабила после долгого дня. приятное место. утром сонная спустилась выпить кофе в ресторан, сотрудники тепло встретили, было приятно как дома. и знаете что ещё - косметика в ванной. гель для душа просто потрясающий. забрала даже с собой, чтобы найти такой же для постоянного использования. вроде бы мелочи, но оставили незабываемые впечатления.
на балконе нет ручки с обратной стороны - невозможно закрыть, курили и весь дым шел в номер.
короткая шторка в ванной, выливалась вода на пол из душа.
а вообще всё хорошо, спасибо.

we are staying at Hotel Opera when the Russian invasion began on 24th February. the hotel functioned well. we all slept on mattresses in a strong room in hotel. they served us dinner, they gave us breakfast. the staff all behaved so professionally. thank you all. this is a great hotelWe will be back as soon as the aggressors are repelled. .
