Wie oft mussten wir die Rezeption darüber informieren, dass die Zimmerreinigung und -kontrolle nicht ordnungsgemäß durchgeführt wurden? Und Betten nicht sehr bequem.

I would really like to call Out the sweetest gesture of the hotel's in house chef Reception who very kindly accommodated our special request for a vegetarian pizza for my vegetarian boyfriend. Despite his heavy work load especially for the weekend rush of guests vying for breakfast, he still went out of his way to accommodate the request of my picky eater boyfriend ;) Additionally, absolutely appreciated the gesture of the reception guy named 'Lelil' for granting us a late check out to be closer to our flight times which was late in the evening on the day. He was also quite patient at the time of check in to accommodate us as quickly as possible into our room despite being v busy hotel on the day.

The hotel entrance seems like a back door entry into the hotel and also absence of concierge to help with the bags, etc.

The staffs are helpful and friendly. The location is great, it is very easy to get around. It’s near the metro and harbor. Good view. Good breakfast. Customer care is quick. Clean. Nothing to complain about. Will be one of the choices of hotels when we do come back to Istanbul.

Permanent aici este o problema cu climatizarea si este mereu frig.ba mai mult,nici nu se poate opri.este groaznuc sa nu poti sta in camera decat cu geaca pe tine de frig.la mic dejun se calca in picioare,puhoi de rusi nesimtiti si obraznici.

Great location, good building and a normal room.

Every little service is extremely pricey. Examples, dinner is 300euro ( a dinner at an expensive five star restaurant in Istanbul costs around 60-70 euros for a couple), massage is few hundred euros, swim cap for the pool is around 10 euros, simple small turkish tea is 3 euros (free at most hotels and restaurants) etc. etc.

The location is incredible. The breakfast is also really good. The staff are very nice, especially Celil who was very sweet and helpful.

I think the property is a little old, but it’s still great.

Leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht sauber. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier leider nicht mehr.

Not sure housekeeping was as good as I would have expected. Had to request shower gel (which was promptly provided) and no water left on one of the days.

Очень приятный отель, отзывчивый персонал. Мы приехали раньше времени заселения, нам бесплатно повысили категорию номера. Очень близко до метро и причала.

Не было гигиенических принадлежностей и халатов, что очень странно для такого отеля. Завтрак не включен в стоимость.

Very friendly staff and best concierge I have ever seen. Ismalil (Jim) is just like a local guide who can prepare the whole map for you. Mehmet and Muhammad both of them helped a lot in settling in. Great stuff guys, keep up the good work.

Nothing that I think of

Das Frühstück war wirklich hervorragend, alles Frisch und sehr reichhaltig. Die Zimmer sind sauber und großzügig und gepflegt. Allerdings hätte ich wenn, noch verfügbar gewesen, eine nidrigere Preiskategorie ausgewählt, wie dann mein Urteil bzgl. ausgefallen wäre, kann ich nicht sagen.

Das Essen im Roof-Top-Restaurant entsprach nicht ganz meinen Erwartungen, die Qualität ist noch ausbaufähig, auch habe ich eine Auwahl lokaler Speisen vermisst, insbesondere Fisch und Meeresfrüchte. Leider gab es nur mediterane Küche.

Neighbourhood can be noisy, and would be good to have a fully functional gym back.

The best part of check-in was the complimentary upgrade to a sea-facing room... the view was breathtaking. Lovely and delicious breakfast spread. The location was most convenient, so close to the metro and the Kadikoy ferry terminal for access to the rest of Istanbul, but also just a few minutes away from the pictureseque neighbourhood streets of Moda.

Üç gece konakladık. Öncelikle otelin konumu çok iyi. Kaldığımız oda çok konforlu ve temizdi. Özellikle yatak aşırı rahattı. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve kibarlar. Odamız deniz manzaralı değildi, müsait oda varmış ben teklif dahi etmeden resepsiyonist arkdaşa ek ücret olmaksızın deniz manzaralı oda ile değiştirdi. Çok memnun kaldım.

Kahvaltıdaki sıcaklar lezzetsizdi ve kalitesine göre aşırı pahalıydı. Kahvaltı hariç konaklamak daha mantıklı civarda iyi kahvaltıcılar var.

The hotel his in a superb location and the staff are really friendly. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable.

We paid a five star fee for a spa hotel in the city center but no-one warned us about the spa facilities were closed due to refurbishment! The hotel personnel did upgrade our room to compensate but didn't accept refunding the 'spa' charge. I contacted booking.com to raise a complaint, my email was answered by the hotel personnel asking me to contact booking.com. What kind of a system is this?? Also, the upgraded room was small and crammed with the huge TV set right in the middle of the room. Our 'sea view' room was located in the middle section of the hotel but to enjoy the view, we needed to compromise from our privacy because all the other rooms were able to see inside... The bath tub was old and scratched, so cleaning was questionable. ( Staff were extremely helpful with this complaint tho...)

Room 601.The most expensive room is doesn't have the same surface as in the hotel presentation (it's much smaller). The towels were old and ripped and sewed. Bad smell in the room from rhe bathroom sewege. Problems with the shower, fixed twice but still didn't repaired the cause. When it rains in this room the water is liking near the window. There were no prices for the minibar products, and after we consumed from it the products were not replaced never in 4 days, the same happened with the coffee capsules for the expresso machine.

Der Wellness Bereich und Pool wurden saniert. Dies war aber für mich der ausschlaggebende Grund, dieses Hotel zu buchen. Mega enttäuschend - auch für meine Kinder. Hier sollte man vorher informiert werden und auch einen Preis Nachlass gewähren!

Sadly, this hotel didn't meet our expectations. I booked with the idea of enjoying the spa facilities, but everything was closed for repairs. They should email to warn customers, as I booked before they put the notice on booking.com. The staff said that they were in the process of repairs, but we went downstairs to the spa area, and nothing was happening. In addition, there was a really bad damp smell in both elevators. A temporary gym was set up with hardly any equipment and no AC, so it wasn't easy to use for training. This hotel has great potential with its wonderful views and large rooms, but the maintenance problems need addressing.

The location and view were splendid, yet the windows were excessively grimy. Breakfast was delightful; however, cats roamed the salon, even hopping onto the table to nibble on food. The most unpleasant aspect was the pervasive stench of sewage, lingering in the room, corridor, elevator, and lobby, and even permeating my clothes after six days.
