St. Regis in Istanbul is such a disappointment.
The hotel shouldn't be a 5 stars hotel. Its very outdated and not clean at all.
However the staff was amazing, trying to help as as much they could to figure out the other options for us. All of them were very professional and friendly.
The room were so dirty and disgusting. If you book 5 stars hotel you have expectations.
St. Regis / Marriott should me ashamed to call this 5 stars hotel and charge so much.
I stayed in different St. Regis hotels and really like it but this one was such a disappointment.

The butler service team, concierge, were just fabulous! The little freebies like complimentary coffee/tea, ironing of 2 pieces per day were great! Their awesome restaurant recommendations and help making reservations, organising cabs was super helpful Location location location! Loved the restaurants cafes shops park just around. Nice rooftop bar, nice spa. Now just need my CC deposit refunded!!!
Sheet Curtains were little ragged. Spa could have been better lit- felt little dark.
Views were okay.

The facility is great, very professional and pleasant stuff. Brasserie and top roof restaurant has a great service and extraordinary food

The location is excellent and the property is beautiful. I loved the decoration. The staff is very friendly. You need to take the Turkish bath. The spa is very nice

I like the building but since last visit a did not receive my security deposit which around 11567 TL, I hated to choose a hotel they didn’t respect people and started to hide there bad attitude. the hotel should respect his visitors even in Turkey
