The location was amazing! Right next door to McDonalds, Kfc, Bunnings and a large shopping centre.

Availability of parking. Yes it was free and great but with the restaurant next door it was limited parking until it was closed. Meaning some people had to park in the shopping centre. The facilities were amazing but the bed was a bit hard. Left with sore joints.

Super clean & comfortable! Staff lovely. Our room really surprised us it was so big and the amenities were great. Would definitely stay again! Location great too, so close to the tram & shopping centre, lots of food options.

We were given upgrade room. The room had a lounge , table with four chairs and a large Tv. There was a separate bedroom with a Tv. After a big sight seeing day having a lounge to rest on was wonderful.

We have stayed at adobe hotels a few times and now under their new rules bed are only made on the third day.

Convenience to family and retail

The location was excellent for our needs at the time of our visit to Canberra. The staff were very pleasant. The room and the facilities are great . The car park was great easy access to motel and shops. The bed was vey comfortable, air conditioning was pleasant and worked well. the room was very quiet there was no outside noise coming through. The motel is close to restaurants and the pantry which you provide is wonderful.

I would like to have had written instructions for the coffee machine and the dishwasher as I do not know how they work. you should not assume everybody knows how to use the equipment.

Location, facilities and great staff

Location was the main reason we picked this hotel due to its proximity to Norwood Park.

Could hear noise outside and Sirens from the fire station. MacDonalds drive through is particularly loud during the night.

The room was cold and at 30 degrees the room still not heat up and the remote is in need of repair and I asked for a quiet room and was put right on the highway side of the motel.
