It is clean and modern. Easy parking available. Good access to light rail and walking to Dickson shops/restaurants.

Bed was not good.

Room was comfortable and very quiet. Location was great and within walking distance of plenty of places to eat. Staff were very friendly and parking at $15 was reasonable.

Air conditioning in room seemed very hard to operate. Design of the shower stall was poor. Many guests would find it hard to fit through the glass door

The room was really nice and spacious, very clean as well. Nice big tv, nice deck area and nice kitchen.

Bed was just ok comfort-wise. The couch was quite bad unfortunately, it looks to be 10+ years old and felt like it. The shower was nice but the hot water was warm at best and thats with the tap on full hot with no cold.

The bed mattress was so soft I felt like I was sitting up when laying down! Zero support and heavy sagging. There was a foul odor in the bathroom, which diminished but persisted during stay.

“complimentary wifi and parking”. Wifi didn’t work, parking was $15. Room was small. Bathroom flooded with each shower, the promised extra towels to mop up were never delivered. There is a cafe which does snacks and coffee, but after waiting for 10 minutes for any service we give up. Would not go back.

Noise from the minbar kept us awake all night, it was next to the end of the bed. Also we could hear noise from next door.

The room kinda smells a bit, wish there was an air freshener sprayed during cleanups.

Great staff, fabulous large one bedroom apartment, fully equipped with kitchen and laundry. A quiet area. I highly recommend staying here.

Handheld shower positioned on wall opposite shower door - water escapes through gap in door.

Called reception for a dental kit. Staff said they don't provide any. Next morning, another staff member provided a kit upon request. Later found out they actually provide amenities over the counter. Besides, the room smelled so bad.

It was a clean facility and was located in a good location.

The staff were unhelpful and the bed was uncomfortable.
