Apartment set up was very family friendly and it's location was close to where we needed to go

Accommodation was fantastic! Very clean and the apartment had everything you could ask for. Perfect for a family stay. Great location too.

Customer service was below average. No greeting at all and no effort to be welcoming. When I came to check in it felt like my presence was an inconvenience. I also asked about parking and told them I was parked right outside. They didn’t bother to tell me that parking from Sat midday to Monday was free on the street.

we had a one bedroom apartment , I requested twin share. we got a queen so my mother (80) and I , had to share. not ideal. they offered to make up the sofa bed, but the mattress was thread bare, you cld see the springs …. so it would have been an uncomfortable night. fit the price we paid , this was not at all value for money. I would not stay here again at this inflated room rate.

Location of the property, walking distance from the shops and restaurants. Rooms were spacious.

No AC in the bed rooms. Staff in the reception should be more focused on customer needs not be robot. I requested if we could delay the checkout by One hour as my 6m old grandchild needs to be feed before starting our journey back home. The lady did not give any importance and repeated that we have to vacate the room by 10am as the hotel is fully booked. This is the stupid response as not all the customers will come at the same time. I think the reception needs to trained and management should aware of this issue.

Room was clean and spacious. Reception was nice and friendly and helpful.

The shower was in the bath tub.
