The lounge needs updating very uncomfortable.

Lovely property, spacious and clean and good to have a washing machine to do my washing and kitchen with microwave to self cater. I found the staff very friendly and was warmly welcomed. It is within easy walking distance of beach and town centre but also in a quiet street.

Lovely big room, very clean with seating for comfort and a small verandah overlooking the trees in the street. Comfy bed.
Superb shower in spacious ensuite.Loved the hand was & toiletries. Really lovely staff- had a great chat 😜
Great location, within walking distance of both wharf and town centre ( although we drove because of the horrendous rainfall)
Plenty of parking. The hotel had good security.
And I loved all the ( huge) Australian pictures.

Spacious apartment with garden patio. Walk to the beach, harbour, cbd in a nice neighbourhood. Staff very friendly. Very clean.
There was nothing we did not like, perhaps suggest a coffee maker would be great!

If staying close to driveway entrance the cars entering and leaving are driving close to the bedroom window.

Even though TV could be swung around, the sofas were placed in a position that made it uncomfortable to actually watch the TV.

Location was great. Close to walk to restaurants and the beach. Bed was comfortable. After hours check in was very easy.
Needed a fan or air con in the bedroom.

Loved the apartment, great location, cleaned everyday, we had all we needed in the apartment including washing machine. Plenty of parking. Staff were lovely and happy to help. On a quiet street , no dramas at night with noise. All round great place .

The room was unbelievably quiet, spacious and clean. It was serviced every day and left impeccable for my return each night. The hotel staff were lovely.

Location and convenient on ground floor.
Shower over bath unsuitable for my age (80+) and no breakfast offered so I would not stay there again. Also whoever serviced the apartment (mine was 2 night stay) threw out my plastic bag with 2 biscuits left which I was counting on to have with a cup of tea on second morning. The least they could do would be to provide biscuits with tea and coffee when there is no breakfast. I stayed at a better hotel on third night away $60 less per night and there were both biscuits and breakfast!

Mary was very welcoming. Very clean with a comfy bed.
Would have liked if there was a lift to get up to the second level with luggage. Found the coffee mugs to be huge & too heavy.

Good location, room was very good, comfy and clean, the kitchen was well equipped with everything that was needed. The pictures in the room and corridors were amazing I just wish I could get a copy of them for home the reception staff were great and extremely helpful which was much appreciated.
Considering the price we paid there wasn't anything more we would expect.
