Stayed here overnight whilst visiting friends in Wollongong. A couple blocks back from the action but still easily within walking distance to the beach. Apartment was large, very clean and comfortable. Off street secure parking. Great shower with excellent temp and pressure. Would stay again

We loved the location, the size of the apartment, the facilities (fridge, cooking etc),we were comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
It was very loud on the Friday night with Music keeping us awake.
We recommend the blind cords are secured in future as this was a hazard for our 20 month old.

The only good thing was it had a firm bed.
Disgustingly dirty, mouldy and smelly. Looked like it's been recently painted to cover over the black mould, but it was growing through the paint already on the gib. Window seals were full of mould, windows filthy with a terrible view of the next door apartment complex just a stones throw away. It appeared to have what looked like spotting marks on the hobs, there was dirty tinfoil in the oven sitting on the oven tray and dishes and utensils were dirty. The bathroom was dated 80s style and the shower was just a trickle of water. A suspicious large stain on the hallway outside our room, looked like someone had been murdered there. The floor in the hallway felt like it was falling apart. The building had large cracks in the walls. Just felt like it was actually not that structurally sound.

Great location, 5 mins from the centre. Easy to access with key instructions. Basic but adequate facilities. Comfy bed. Great power shower- although make sure you put the cold tap on first or you'll burn your hand! Didn't see anyone in reception but then didn't need anything either.
Need a more modern hair dryer and baking tray for the oven. And chair in the bedroom. Otherwise basic but fine.

I liked everything except the vertical blinds in the bedroom. Light came in from the unit next door.

Good enough space. I was at 1 bedroom apartment and it was similar to my place in Sydney which was making me feel like home and comfortable.
I didn't even meet any staff there. Just talking through mobile or landline.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Great location. Easy check in.
Unfortunately there were people in the apartment building next door who made lots of noise at night until midnight. On a Monday and Tuesday.

Cheryl was very helpful as the contract i had with my recruiter included accomodation at the hospital which was substandard. ( no air conditioning ) so i had to source my own accomodation.

Great location with parking, clean & comfortable. Was exactly what we needed.
We didn't see any staff at any time, nobody ever at reception. I had to ring when I got home to see how we paid for our stay. I didn't want to be suspected of not paying.

The apartment was spacious and the location was equidistant from the shops to the beach. The check in was all done via email or text or call. Ultimately it was straight forward to get in but if I hadn't been proactive about it, it would have been a little or a lot confusing. The apartment was nicely stocked and furnished. The housekeeping staff were friendly.
Was dark and had no aspect. The advertised office hours were not the reality of how the property is attended. I only ever saw one person who worked there. I would have preferred being higher up. It seemed pricier than I would have expected, but my choice to stay there.

I must say that Wollongong Serviced Apartments are great. They are located only two blocks from the main shopping street and just a 10 minute walk from the beach. The apartment is big enough for two and you can park your car in the basement.
I actually don't have any complaints.

The rooms were very good, had problems with the internet on the first day, by the second day it was working.The room maids/ cleaners were exceptional
It said no smoking on site, but there was ash trays on all the balconies and there was a ash smell the moment you opened the door to get some fresh air in the room. People on both sides were smoking and the smell permitted every where. Maybe have a smoking area, on the roof or away from the rest of the apartments
