Very accommodating staff. Recommend a restaurant that was excellent! Location excellent!

The location is ideal, with a short walk to the town centre and environs, at the same time very close to an underground car park where we could leave our car. The property has been very well refurbished in an old historic building, and the room/bath were very clean. The Italian breakfast was excellent.

Nothing to complain about. The view could have been better, but not an issue for a one night stay. Also, what does one expect from an old historic building in a medieval hill town?

The room was very small

The breakfast room was bright and clean and the service was great. It also has a great location!

The room was very dark. The windows had shutter so you could not see out and you could not get any light in so you felt like you were in a dungeon Water was luke warm at best. Could not use the A/C or heat. We sent a text regarding the A/C and no one responded to us. Very disappointing! Unfortunately we can not recommend this place.

Martha was very nice, very helpful. We enjoyed our time in Assis, we really like the place.

The bed was not comfy.

The room, including the bathroom, was exceptionally clean. The included breakfast was very good. The location was perfect.
