The property was just stunning, a beautiful boutique hotel each room appeared to be decorated individually to exceptional standard. The room was exceptionally clean & the fine detail of the soft furnishings & eye for detail by Jayne & Dean the owners made it feel home from home. The breakfast was exceptional also & presentation of the breakfast & also the table & beautiful white contemporary place settings. Both Jayne, Deane & the waiting on staff at breakfast could not do enough for you. Would recommend this beautiful boutique hotel as outstanding & will definitely be back again. Beautiful property recently renovated with lovely decor and furniture, a really lovely boutique hotel. The room was great, really comfortable and we had an amazing view of Newquay from our room - the beach, the harbour and beyond. Fabulous breakfasts with good choice, top quality ingredients and generous portions, you definitely won’t go hungry! The hotel is in fantastic location across the road from Towan Beach and close to shops and restaurants. Lastly the hosts Jayne and Dean were amazing, so helpful and accommodating. Before we arrived they shared restaurant recommendations, booked us a taxi from the airport, let us store our bags and offered us breakfast following an early flight despite us not due to check in till later in the day. Overall a fabulous stay, would definitely recommend!

There’s nothing we didn’t like.

Location of the property is fantastic, the sea views from the rooms are exceptional, we had room 10 which is at the top of the property with the most amazing view over the beach, harbour and town. The property has been decorated to the highest standard and the feeling of quality throughout makes it a very special stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Loved the room, the bed, the view, the kindness of the owners. The breakfast was really tasteful. The hotel is in a beautiful location and there's plenty free parking around.

Ideal location. Welcoming, friendly and helpful family, nothing too much trouble. Comfortable and beautifully done room and bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts were flexible about personal preferences. Great bar!

Perfect location, immaculately clean, beautifully presented!

Absolutely nothing!

To be frank, I could not fault this establishment. The host were friendly and more than accomadating. Form asking if we require a umbrella 🌂 to the honestly bar. Also recommended places to eat. The view from the room, the shower was incredible and bed soft. We felt as family not a guess.

The property was very stylish and luxurious, and totally deserving of a 9.9 on booking.com. We had a lovely homely bedroom with a very comfortable bed and bedding, and new ensuite (shower, toilet and sink). The bar/ dining area was beautiful with doors opening on to a small outdoor seating area with ocean views (and the sounds of waves lapping on the shore). The property was in the perfect location: walking distance from 4 beautiful beaches whilst being in the centre of Newquay and therefore close to restaurants and shops. The hosts Jayne and Dean couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome: they put us at ease, were happy to advise on places to visit, where to dine out in the evenings, local transportation (trains, buses, electric charging points) and their home cooked breakfast was wholesome and filling. Put simply they were the perfect hosts.

This B&B was stunning loved everything about it the decor the friendliness the location the food was exceptional our room had a balcony you could sit out on overlooking the sea.

We loved everything about our stay! It felt like home from home. Jayne and Dean are fabulous hosts, so much so that we re-booked to go back next year before we'd even left!

Everything! The host, Jayne, the food, the room, location. From our arrival, Jayne and her team could not do enough for us. Just so warm and welcoming. Pre ordered breakfast worked very well and the food was delicious. The room was stylish and comfortable. Bed was A-mazing! Views from front of B and B are exceptional. Location is perfect. Managed to find a parking space 1 minute from the b and b, which was free all week. Would definitely return and recommend.

Fantastic location & views immediately on the beach via cliff top stairs. Breakfast was excellent with unlimited choice to suit all.

Jayne, Dean and family were all extremely helpful and very friendly, nothing was ever too much trouble. The entire place was spotless, our room had a fantastic sea view of the bay and a lovely balcony which was perfect for sitting out and watching the evening sunsets whilst enjoying a drink from the well stocked honesty bar. The room was small, but beautiful and in all honesty the small size never bothered us at all and it was a nice price to pay to have the luxury of the balcony. It really was comfortable and had a lovely en-suite shower room. Breakfast is incredible, fresh, plentiful and a great choice. Never felt rushed or left hungry, it was always a great start to the day. Jayne and her family always had time for us and their local knowledge was appreciated and really helped make our stay memorable. Our first trip to Cornwall and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay.

Limited amount of on street parking which operates on a first come first served basis, although pay and display car parks are only a short walk away.

The owners are super friendly. Really try to go above and beyond to help you.

Jayne and Dean were oveky hosts and their property is absolutely amazing. The room and property as a whole is spotless and the bespoke breakfasts are scrumptious. Lovely property, lovely hosts, shame we weren't tbere for longer!
