great location and free parking, can easily walk into town in 5 minutes and the beach in 20 minutes if you know the short cuts. great facilities, dishwasher. huge open plan kitchen living room, bath,

smelt like cigarettes as soon as we walked in. Someone had clearly been smoking out of the balcony in the front room which is a shame and really selfish. Not really anything that can be done about this apart from repainting. We tried opening the windows but it didn’t help and with it being February it was cold. The bathroom could do with a bit of a better clean and getting some mould remover for the shower screen and tiles but was a great size and the water pressure was great. The only views out of the apartment are into the playground of a nursery but we spent most of the days out exploring so not a problem for us.

Lovely spacious property, very nicely decorated and well equipt. Anyone with mobility issues needs to be aware that there is no lift. Also it is a down hill walk into town, which means a fairy steep climb from town back to the apartment.

DIDN'T LIKE THE BED BUGS. Had to leave the property half way through our stay. Woke up in the night to being bitten. Turned on the light to discover hundreads of red/brown bedbugs running all over the sheets and out of the pillows, even on the walls. Caught some as evidence in a water bottle, they were still alive next morning! Totally traumatised and mentally scarred knowing these bugs have been running all over our skin and in our hair every time we went to bed. Took over 2 hours to shake and repack all our clothes and possessions and ended up sleeping in the car in the apartment carpark! Had to cut our holiday short by 2 days! Got home and spent 3 days washing and drying every item of clothing twice, wether it had been worn or not, and disinfecting all our other posessions just incase any eggs had been laid. We contacted the owners property manager who came to see the bugs and she said, oh yeh we will need to get someone in to clean. Feel sorry for the next renters as they will be oblivious, and will proberbly end up in same boat as us. Have got a complaint in with owner who is ignoring us, also in touch with booking.com re complaint, but getting nowhere fast. Spoken to 4 different people from b.com but no one getting back to us with a resolution. This matter has ruined not only this holiday but future holidays as it has mentaly scarred us. We have not slept properly since and when I do sleep I hav 4 14 e nightmares and wake up scratching, and have to turn the lights on to check the bed. Not good.

Location was great! Top of the hill and short walk to town beach. Right where we wanted to be! The apartment itself was fantastic, absolutely great size, modern, clean and full of everything you need. Ap8 didn't have the balcony and view but can't fault it for this at all. Parking was fabulous. Quite honestly best stay have had on a holiday in terms of what I was expecting to what we got. Great value. Super happy.

Building gets very warm. Fan or air con especially for bedroom I'd recommend for summer especially. It didn't ruin our stay at all though! I must say that.

Self catering so cooked our own breakfast. Location was ok but could have been a bit closer especially if you had young children and pushchairs.

No socket in the living room by the console table and large mirror so I could have done my hair and make up there.

A lovely modern apartment. Very clean, spacious, well equipped and perfectly located for restaurants, bars and Cornish pasty shops. The private parking is a bonus. Perhaps the view from the room could be better (overlooking local pre-school) but not really a problem. If you are a bit unfit then maybe the uphill walk to the apartment from the town centre might be a bit daunting but there is an alternative less arduous route if you wish though tbh we quite enjoyed the uphill walk, made us feel less guilty about all the pasties and fish and chips we had just eaten! The choice of nearby restaurants is excellent though it is worth pre- booking during peak times. Our favourite place for a 'liquid lunch' and food too if you want it, is the Fort Inn. Just 10 mins walk from Sea quest, down the hill and turn left, (15 minutes back up the hill!), lovely outside patio with fantastic view over the beach. A lovely place to stay. We will be back!

There was just a few things missing such as no toilet roll so had to purchase own etc!

Perfect for families, close enough to get to tourist hotspots, but quiet enough at night for little ones.

The rooms are big. Comfy bed, sofa, big screen TV. Useful information from the guide folder. Shower was nice, big bath tub is available.

I found a used sock which is not belong to be behind the curtain in bedroom. Fridge needs deep and proper cleaning as it smells quite bad. No bottle of drinking water providing. Building is on the side of main road, need access to lift up the parking barrier, if you are alone, you can be struggle to drive into the carpark. For someone who is not used to of how to open the key box, it can be quite irretating to try open it.
