Too much noise. Singers and music was blazingly loud. We prefer peace and quiet. Unfortunately all restaurants were like this with music.

The Hotel was great. The room, I have no complains at all. Everything was great. The best part was the staff. They were super polite, kind and helpful. The bar was very good and the bartenders were nice. The restaurant was very clean and great service but the buffet was redundant and repetitive (yet good). The restaurant has the potential to be much nicer. The location is OK I guess... regardless of the location you can be anywhere in no time by taxi.

I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. However the taxis working for the hotel, they take advantage of non Indians and want to charge you 800R for a 200R ride. The money is not an issue but their ways are not nice. If you have Uber use it, it's much better. Or go outside the hotel and stop a random Taxi.

I stayed at The Suryaa due easy access to many bazaars and POI. I can honestly say I couldn't have picked a better hotel. Right from the word GO, the staff went over and above to accommodate my each and every need. Sagar, Rudra, Sunil and their entire teams are an asset to Suryaa. And I have to say, Udit and Himanshu make the best English Breakfast tea ☕. I would always recommend this hotel to anyone who wants home from home comfort and the best hospitality. Thank you Suryaa, I will surely be back.

For us it didn't make much difference, because the hotel had many other interesting points. But it is an older hotel with an older decoration.

It said here that the hotel is 11km away from the airport but it was 24km driving distance away from the airport. Wasted so much time and MONEY going from here to there. I only booked the hotel thinking it wasn't that far from the airport and I trusted the information provided on booking.com but I was wrong. Absolutely worst front staff who didn't want to help one bit. Dirty, old rooms and the location is disgusting. I was let down by the hotel but also by booking.com. Long time user but never again.

The hotel is centrally located near the Lotus Temple. The housekeeping staff is very nice.

Our arrival was quite unpleasant. Me and my partner went for check-in and were "greeted" rudely by a lady at reception who told us to wait with the words "i'm with a guest now". We then moved on to another gentleman. He looked stressed and there was lots of tention between the reception staff. He checked me in and completely ignored my partner who stood right next to me. At the end he just said to my partner "Oh you staying here too?". My booking was for two people, which must have shown in the system. I reported this to the reception management. They apologised but nothing happened after that. In the room the kettle had a broken cover. At breakfast the staff is not enough. Not what expected from a 5 star hotel.

Not much. Food options were good. Some exceptional staff - Avinash at restaurants, young girl at Asian restaurant on level 8, the cleaner (Satpreet) on level 7. But overall dissatisfied.

Poor service. Exception of few staff. Overall poor effort from main reception. Hotel old and sad. Despite confirming booking 3 or 4 times even a call to the hotel to confrim the room day before arrival, it was not ready. Late flight, 2 young kids..it was last thing to sort out our rooms. We were asked to take 2 single beds to sleep 4 of us.
