The location is perfect and the property itself is beautiful with all the art pieces.

Service was not good. Breakfast always had waiting. Reception staff was not good both during check and check out. Booked a spa appointment for us as a couple but was booked for only one person. To add to this there was no apology for this blunder.

It’s not quiet, noisy and many hotel staff roaming around, it should be calm and classy by the environment, also it has old furniture in the rooms and there’s no soundproof.

The room smelt of damp and the bathroom felt a bit run down. Breakfast on the roof terrace was great, location of hotel was very good too and in a nice area. Pool could have been in better condition and there were maintenance works taking place.

poorly trained staff. the hotel had a general feeling of decline both in the fabric of the building and the staff attitude. service is slow and surly in the restaurants. the food in Bukhara as bad. we sent on dish back but the other dishes were dry and under spiced.

the service is really absurdly bad. 2 reservations for the restaurants were not properly noted. They did not offer us anything to compensate. They left our bags in the lobby for more than 10 hours, they were never put in our rooms. No internet was provided before check in time was reached, while we needed it to check our creditcard to pay. the rooms were dated and the spa area was not really clean. one of the worst 5 star experiences we have had ever. totally not worth the money. breakfast was poor (especially in comparison with Andaz hotel) and served in a ballroom because the original breakfast area was full.. the ballroom really looked like a badly furnished wedding location.. not 5 star worthy.
