Location, the staff & loved the bathroom towels which were very soft & clean

Room is good. Breakfast time need to be increased for another half and hour Location is Good Some Reception staffs attitude towards clients is not good. It needs to be improved. Specially Night Staffs.

-everything was worst. -none of room's socket were working. it seems like they were intentionally left like that so customer cannot charge their phones. how can it be that not even 1 out of 6 sockets were working. -they took our ID at time of checking and told us they will give it back in our room. and they didn't returned our IDs. I had to come back from Airport (20 kms away) to collect my ID. -no hand towel, no toiletieres -overpriced hotel (it's not worth at all) I don't understand at all how this hotel can charge that much money for such a terrible service and facility.

swimming pool side arrangement not done properly, water not clean and not suitable for swimming. breakfast chose or continental almost zero.

Swimming pool very dirty n not well kept The suite room which I stayed was not clean The breakfast was very less items Paid 50 thousand for 4 nights but it's not worth the money paid. Toilet is very small even in suite rooms No well maintained hotel .
