Exceptional

We stayed for 2 weeks for work reason, the host has been super available and flexible with my requests! Very grateful for this. We had clean service at half of our stay there. The studios are located in the village of Tochni and has a terrace with a beautiful view! The surroundings are perfect for hiking and relaxing, and it's close enough to many places (Larnaka, Limassol, beaches and other villages). Highly raccomended!

really great place to settle in for a while but could use a bit of TLC on the details.

location was perfect. lovely view and very atmospheric. cute little kitchenette. you could stay here for a week.

Room was dusty and musty on entering from a long time without use. Dust / dirt from roof on floor and in bathroom sink. Mattress was really hard and pillows flat and old - not at all comfortable.

Slightly difficult to rate as there were some initial problems and we were moved to a larger apartment on the 2nd day. Basically all was very good. The fruit delivery was amazing, and eggs were good. Mainly quiet location (but see below).

The electric hob needs careful use. The tv under the sofa in the studio. Few knifes. The church bells at 06.30. Could be a little cramped & busy if several apartments are occupied.

We had a nice studio apartment in the old, beautiful, renovated house. We liked how much soul this place has.

Air-conditioning did not work, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, and a bad was terrible. It's 140x200 cm, not really wide enough for two, and it has high sides so tall person is limited in length. Also, it is unstable, shakes, and is loudly squeaky.

Good for a short stay

Location was amazing in historic town. Host was friendly and brought us lovely fruit and eggs.

Room was cramped and kitchen appliances lacked appropriate adapters.

It's clean, comfortable and nice. The manager/ employee who helped us was very friendly and helpful Very responsive. We booked last minute and everything was ready when we arrived

amazing and charming place to stay and explore around

we like the characteristic of the house and that it kept it’s traditional charm. the view was very nice. and we did appreciated the fresh fruit given by the owner.

the bed was a bit too hard for us. an extra pillow and blanket would have been nice to have available.

this apartment is wonderful, breathtaking view, nice and very spacious rooms. especially the owner is fantastic- he took us to his farm and let us pick fresh oranges, lemons and even gave us some fresh eggs from his chickens. the place is quiet, next to a restaurant and supermarket and not too far away from lefkara ;)

- perfect place to be in cyprus - very calm city - nice house - good bed - ac / tv

- only cold water in the shower - not enough cooking utensils. No pan, no bowls, .. a little bit more should it be.

Wonderful stay to fully enjoy peace and quiet. With airconditioning would have been perfect!

We loved the place, the city and the atmosphere of the place is wonderful in a quiet village. Comfortable bed and room to enjoy time together. It was wonderful to have a balcony with a view over the city. The kitchen had good equipment like oven and toaster and it was great to have unlimited (beach) towels. When we asked for a water boiler, we got it. With a car you can easily travel to the bakery and shops closeby in Zygi and enjoy swimming at Govenor's beach. Sunset in the evening is beautiful.

The airconditioning was not working and it was not so clear how to fix it. We got tired and gave up. The kitchen could use a few more pans and towels.

Ideal village holiday

Excellent location with very nice verenda overlooking the village. 3 min. down there is a very nice village taverna. Very nice host sharing his freshly picked figs. Very good water supply with warm and cool water. Lovely decorated historic farm house. Tochni is the center of Cyprus - you can reach anyplace within 90 min. by car :-) Be careful with the GPS - it might lead you to a small and steep narrow street - in case you cannot find it, ask in the village shop opposite the church - the shop owner will help you for sure.

Awesome location, awesome room, awesome view. Highly recommended!

Amazing location (you could see the whole village). The room was very clean with everything we needed and the veranda outside was awesome for a coffee or dinner.

I would love to actually meet the owners of the apartments and talk with them about all the old stuff (possibly 50+ years old) they had.
