I am diamond level of IHG，due to none approciate hotel in Larnaca，I paid this appartment but with big positive experiance！Thanks to the host organized everything！My family was so enjoyed！

We liked everything from beginning to the end. Place is easy to find as its mapped in google maps, self check in is smooth using the key box. Apartment has all amenities needed, stress free. The place is just as in the pictures, maybe even better, full of little details, great backyard and just an amazing sea view. Hosts were great, communication was smooth, even left us a bottle of wine. Will definitely come back in the future.

Usually its all about hot water, air conditioning or heating as its every Mediterranean island problem. However, this time everything was just perfect, no issues whatsoever. To sum up, liked everything.

Great apartment, very good contact with the owner. The apartment has all the amenities. Nothing was missing. A plentiful welcome refreshment, wine, drinks, bread and a fruit basket were waiting for us and we will definitely be returning to this place.

The location is stunning - right in front of the sea. Inside every single detail is well-thought and beautiful. Hospitality of the owners is worth a special high appreciation. Comprehensive guidance was provided via whatsapp. The welcome gifts (dinks and food) were enough for a good dinner; it was extremely helpful after a long flight and drive from Paphos airport, so we didn't have to go outside once again and look for a supermarket. George and Liza - thanks a lot! We'll definitely be back one day.

You have direct access to the sea from the back yard! It is the perfect place to stay if you have kids. The apartment has everything you could need from high chair to baby crib and even sand toys (which were highly appreciated). I didn’t meet the owners but they were very friendly on the phone. We arrived late at midnight and we got the key from the key locker which was very easy. The apartment is in a very quiet area. That was exactly what we needed. A car is essential.

Beautiful location, house with a direct access to the sea, equipped with everything you need for relaxing holidays. Host was very kind and helpful.

The beach is outside your door. Excellent location

First of all, the fact that the apartment is with direct access to the beach is absolutely great. The view from the terrace is wonderfull, you can hear the sea, see the stars and is peaceful. Is perfect for families, for couples, for vacation and evem for work from home. George, his wife Liza and his father are the best hosts that I have ever met. They offered all the time to help us with everything, even to drive us to restaurants. When we arrived, we had in the fridge, free of charge, food for sandwiches, juice, wine and beer. The kitchen is fully equiped and you have everything to prepare the food. The apartment has everything that you can possible need: laundry softener and detergent, laundry support, different types of shampoo, bath gel, sun cream, toilet paper, pampers for babies, a lot of towels, including for the beach, a lot of toys for the children. It also has baby chair, baby crib (for us was very useful, because he have a 9 months old baby). On the terrace you have sunbeds, the floor is recently made out of wood. Also on the terraces there is a wonderful nest where you can relax. In order to go to the beach, you have just a few wooden steps from the backyard and you are there. The beach is quiet, the neighbors are great, the place is perfect!

The house is amazing, from the garden you’re going straight to the beach! And George is the best! We will be back soon :)

Nothing, it was perfect

Lovely, thoughtful hosts. Direct acess to the beach. Would certainly consider renting again!

The only critism I´d have is -even though neighbors are very friendly, having someone living above and left and right to the property and looking into your space didn´t feel very private.

Location was ok not too far from major routes to travel around the local area and beyond. Close to the airport but not too close. Plenty of food taverns to enjoy local food, small local supermarket and larger supermarket in Kiti.
