Good location , nice friendly staff, good breakfast!!

Room needs new carpet and a freshen up !!! Room 208 carpet was discussing!!

Some staff were friendly

There is no way that this should be a 4 star. It is filthy dirty & smells. The ceiling in bathroom was covered in mold. Stench of old smoke in room. Manager did however accept that the room needed to be put out of commission. Manager was nice but reception staff unfriendly & unhelpful. Didn’t even tell you about parking arrangements. Avoid this place. It’s not cheap.

the staff were rude and unaccomadating they said they were busy all the time. the room was very small and quite noisy

Big room, we were able to check in early, which was brilliant as having a family get to together.

There was a bloody excellent band playing the night we stayed. Don't know if they have entertainment like that every weekend but wow! I think they were called Boneyard or something like that.

Having to pay to park. Come on, we've already spent money to stay there.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, heating working very well...all excellent 👌 Thanks I will be back for sure!! I love the restaurants and casino underneath the hotel so practical

Great stay, the English breakfast was top-notch 100%. Great staff, nice gym and sauna. Good room, great views of the beach.

location and we we're wall under one roof.

we could here all the noises outside of our room plus the wind was whistling through the gaps. no staff on the bar, we had to keep looking for them at tea time 4-6pm.
