No on site parking but free car park a few minutes walk away.

Comfy, cosy and central. I have a GF diet and was really appreciative of the effort they put into my breakfast: Banana, fresh high quality berries, orange juice, milk, yoghurt, loaf of GF bread, jams, box of GF cereal.

The property was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We didn't do any cooking but it would be easy if that's what you want. The continental breakfast was great, very plentiful and delicious. We also ate at 14 North on the ground floor and The Little Fish Place further along the quay both of which are under the same ownership and both were great too. Lovely view of the marina & cliffs from the main room and easy walk to the centre of Douglas. Very convenient for the ferry terminal and parking at the Tongue car park across the marina was free overnight and reasonably priced (although busy) during the day.

The property was very comfortable and spacious with everything you could possibly need including a fresh continental breakfast of fruit, yogurt, cereal fresh milk, juice and pastries left in the fridge each day. The room was cleaned each day and fresh towels provided most days. Location was excellent for bars and restaurants. We didn’t meet the hosts but they were clearly doing a good job managing behind the scenes.

At the weekend it was very noisy at night due to the local bars and passers by. We had very good weather during our stay and the bedroom was very hot, even with the window open. A fan would have been useful.

Location was amazing, lots of parking and restaurants. Easy walk to the beach. 5 minutes from the train and Tesco for any essentials. Lovely breakfast delivered every day
