Perfect location, great family room fit 2 adults and 2 kids in perfectly. Views out of the windiest are fantastic overlooking the bay! Breakfast was help yourself buffet with served tea, coffee and home made porridge if the kids wanted it. Hotel manager informative of places to visit and staff were friendly!

The room had a slight funky smell to it, was clean and tidy but smelt a bit dated like a nursing home maybe. No other complaints.

Not really anything to report. Yes, its an older fashioned hotel inside and a bit dated decor and furniture wise, however your stay is very comfortable at the Hydro Hotel. Does the job perfectly for a short trip for business or leisure.

I booked a sea view room. Apparently you can't book a sea view room through Booking.com, even though Booking.com say you can. Hotel a bit tired, but would cost an absolute fortune to redecorate. The breakfast is advertised as 'expectional', it isn't. It's ok, bordering on good.

Lovely welcome from receptionist. Lovely clean sea front room with wonderful views. Bus stop just over the road to the bus station where you can catch a bus all over the Island. One of the best buffet breakfast we have ever had.

Went out for a meal, left key on reception, came back , rang bell, no one answered, just picked up our key, and went to our room, anyone could have took it!!!!

Went to this facility for the TT 2022 ... Friendly and helpful staff in supplying information of the Island... Have a vast choice for breakfast and if you have special needs the staff is always helpful... The Building is old and needs some up keeping ... it is understandable due to the Covid story...

Clean room, comfy beds. Warm & cozy. Good variety at breakfast. They are painting the outside so scaffolding was up but no noise.

Delay in checking in (waited almost 20 minutes) It was during dinner for a coach party but I HAD advised my arrival time in advance and was not told this would be problematic.

We’ve stayed here numerous times, and never had any issues, bus stop directly opposite hotel and taxis at the end of a phone, very good value for money
