Zermatt'a yakınlığı ve Täsch tren istasyonuna bir kaç adım mesafede olması bir yana, otelin tüm çalışanları çok ilgili ve cana yakınlardı. Sadece translate kullanarak iletişim kurabilmemize rağmen çok rahat anlaştık. Odamız da oldukça konforlu ve sıcaktı. Kahvaltı da 8 günlük seyahatimizdeki en iyi kahvaltıydı. Tekrar tercih edeceğiz.

早餐需另外加價15瑞郎，有水煮蛋很棒👍🏻，員工也非常親切。外出要是直接放櫃檯也覺得很安全。

整體設施走鄉村風，房間內有些設施比較老舊，例如椅子。窗戶很難開關。房內沒有熱水瓶，需要熱水要到1樓跟櫃檯索取才有熱水瓶。另外以為會有桑拿的結果沒有開放。

Personnels très sympathiques et serviables.

Dans le descriptif l hôtel propose une piscine et un sauna alors que les deux sont fermés, car ils demandent une rénovation…dommage car des informations erronées sont décevantes même si ce n’est pas vitales.

The property was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. It was located within easy walking distance with luggage from the station. Totally recommend a room with a view to the mountains, breathtaking.

There is a gap in the information between Booking.com and the hotel. We had booked and confirmed a twin room. When we arrived we were told the hotel had not received that information on their booking system and only a double room was available. We were told we should have put that request in the notes to the hotel although our confirmation stated a twin room. Thankfully the hotel staff fixed this but the system needs to be fixed.
