The suite was large and the club room exceeded expectations. Staff were friendly and attentive. Close to shops and restaurants. Nice location plus good services. Ps: Thanks a lot to Liu in the nineteenth floor who helped my husband.

The front desk service is very good. Every employee is very polite. If you check in or ask questions, you will give a hot towel at the front desk. Ida also helps to renew the stay. The attitude is very good. The staff of the hotel are very warm. They will come next time.

My wife and I enjoyed the well appointed room, as well as the friendly and welcoming staff. Our concierge and Butlers for our stay, Ms. 赵行荣 and 王盼红 got us settled into our room, offered hot beverages, and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The hotel offers several restaurants, is well decorated and very conveniently located near the Ningbo downtown and nightlife. Even though I am a very tall person, both the tub and shower were large enough and comfortable.

Our stay included access to the business lounge, which was really well designed and comfortable, but in other hotels, typically there are some complimentary buffet style snacks and drinks available.

We enjoyed everything. The room was very nice, very clean and very comfortable. The service was very good and all the staff very kind. Also the breakfast was delicious and with many different options. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy the swimming pool.

Not first time stay at the place. Always had good and cosy time. Recently was there again with fiancée for CNY holidays Although there was shortage of staff due to national holidays a service was quite good and timely
