The location is great, the design of the hotel is nice, the breakfast has many choices, the swimming pool and the sauna are clean, the staff is super supportive and provided us with a free upgrade to bigger rooms with lake view. Thank you all.

Though there is no free airport shuttle, the hotel responded in a timely manner and apologized for the dependency documented on the booking page. No worries.

I didn’t like the alarm clock went off middle of the night ,not only once. I couldn’t sleep well 🙈

The environment around the hotel.

Poor attention for the guests. Our room the theme suite looks old, the carpet full of stains, the curtains broken, mold on the ceiling near the AC. The restaurants closed before 21:00 and many food choices on the menu not available. The breakfast below average for quality, no food options for vegetarians/vegans.

generally speaking breakfast offered enough options. I only suggest to improve the quality of the coffee used in the machine.

Club Lounge, staff doesn't pay enough attention to the food when it's empty and the drinks. Customer needs to ask which shouldn't happened.

Love this location. Great park round the corner from the hotel for our children. Outdoor pool is superb.

There needs to be more sun loungers outside.

Nice location. Ideal because i wanted to get a break from the big city. The lake is beautiful and the air is so much more cleaner. It feels very open and breathable.

The payment system isn't the greatest, especially if you're holding an international debit card. Somewhere in the fine print it's written they charge a deposit. What's not written is it will take 30 days for the deposit to be returned to you, and your room charge is going to be seperate from the deposit. However, management did try to help and didn't completely ignore me. A plus for them. But just be very very clear before you handover your card.
