I've stayed here multiple times due to having to take a flight early on the following day on multiple occasions. It's a good hotel, the beds are comfortable and the room is quite spacious and you can barely hear any plane taking off or landing.

There are only two downsides, in my opinion. One is the price itself. Due to its location near the airport, a one-night reservation here costs quite a lot of money. The only other downside, which I have already commented in another review is the timetable for the bus going to and from the terminals, which I think it could be on a more regular schedule, e.g. every 30 or 45 minutes, instead of on their own schedule.

Dining room was very cold and uncomfortable during our mealtimes, evening meal and breakfast.

Close to the airport and clean room. Airport shuttle badly arranged no help with storing the suitcases, so that was a big mess. Room is nice only expensive for what you get. Breakfast has good quality and choice. Aldo close to airport hardly no sound of the planes.

Hotel muito limpo, moderno e confortável. A comida do restaurante é muito boa e a loja de conveniência dentro do hotel atendeu bem às necessidades.

Para um estrangeiro que não fala chinês, foi muito dificil conseguir chegar ao hotel a partir do aeroporto. As instruções no e-mail foram insuficientes e não consegui pegar o transporte que é oferecido. Além disso, fui cobrado de um valor diferente (maio) do que havia sido indicado aqui no site.

Ulkona vuodesta toiseen pauhaava pieni menuetti pianolla... Vois moisen metelin lopettaa. Tai ainakin vaihtaa sävelmää ja volyymiä vähentää. Ei tarpeellinen lainkaan eikä toimi houkuttelevana elementtinä.

1. Shuttle-Bus Hotel-Flughafen ist schwer zu finden und fährt nicht oft. Hotel ist nicht bereit, den Bus auch nur 5 min. warten zu lassen. Taxis wollen wegen der kurzen Entfernung nur ungern zum Hotel fahren. 2. Personal spricht kaum Englisch 3. Rechnung erstellen und ausdrucken war ein Problem für das Hotel

De locatie was lekker dichtbij het vliegveld met een shuttle bus de zeer regelmatig en op tijd rijd.

De netwerk connectie was niet goed en viel steeds uit. Ook VPN werd geblokkeerd zodat van nieuws lezen en werken weinig kwam.

The shuttle was not good at all. I waited for half an hour at pudong late at night then had to get a taxi. Then the next morning I was there ready for the 8.00 shuttle but was told this was only taking to a Japanese airline so I had to wait until 8.30 or get a taxi. The room is clean but overall the hotel is very dated. There was also a heating/ air conditioning unit in the room which was very loud and didn’t actually do anything. Definitely will be looking for another airport hotel next time.

Pretty much a perfect place for on overnight airport stay. Very good restaurant for Western and Asian cuisine, good breakfast and very handy shuttle for the airport. Room was also a good size and shower was great.

Not a 'big deal' but the music in the Hotel bar was terrible...well it was for a mid 50's guy but might be ok if 30 Years younger. Thatsaid, the beer and service were good!!

Good location for a transfer stay. Facilities are nice. Free shuttle bus there and back.

Almost no English was spoken, which is pretty wild for a hotel at the airport. I ended up queuing in one line for 20mins while they checked in two parties in front of me, only to be told I had to go to a different line because the counter lady didn’t speak English. This was also problematic because the shuttle bus information on their website is out of date, and also no one could tell me where to catch the shuttle bus from when I called three times. Overall a marred experience mostly due to this. All the food outlets close early and it’s hard to order room service after the flight since again, no one really spoke English.
