The woman working the front desk went out of her way to wait for us to check in. She was super helpful.

There was a lot of street noise every night. We would stay again, but ask for a room in the rear.

Location is great. 6mins to Old Prague Town, 9mins to Charlie Bridge. Just don't have public transportation in front the hotel. Need around 6-10 mins walking distance to Tram or bus. If carrying alot luggage will be difficult. Breakfast is ok. Standard European breakfast. Room is clean. Staff is very friendly. There's plenty mini mart and restaurant nearby the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent and convenient. There was a variety of cheeses, deli meats, yogurt, hash browns, and baked goods. The front desk also helped us book a taxi to the airport which turned out to be a reasonable price. Overall great location as it is in the center of the Prague and its about a 6 minute walk to the Astronomical Clock.

The mattresses could've been a bit more comfortable but that is okay.

The initial greeting was unwelcoming, and was really all about instructions regarding use of keys, and access after hours. The interior of the reception area was very dark, with poor lighting.

The hotel is near the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. You can go these place within 6-7 minutes by walk. The room of the hotel has wonderful scene, for example mine had Tiny Church and the Prague Orloj. The last day, we left the hotel in early time. The hotel prepared a breakfast package for us and left it in the refrigerator in our room before the check out day. The receptionists were really kind and helpful. The hotel, room and other things which we use were clean.

The rooms are very comfortable with a lot of space. Everything makes you feel like in a Palace

The check out was not so clear (there was no people when we left), but we understood is kind of the working culture. Desk is not 24 hours available.

The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was so good. The location is nearby from the central tourism in Praha.

Convenient location. Few minutes away from 2 different metro stations as well as tram stop. Breakfast had good selection and good quality food. A few minutes walk away from Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. Many restaurants near by the hotel.

24 hour reception was advertised so I reserved this hotel. At time of check-in found out that reception was staffed only for minimal hours during the day, reception area closed for prolonged period, and had to use alternative entrance with separate key to go in and out of hotel. Hotel staff unavailable for much of duration to ask any questions or to get assistance. Hotel only had 1 elevator which was broken for half the time I was there, so had to use the stairs most of the time. Had to carry luggage down 4 floors on departure day due to elevator not working.

This is well-managed small hotel in the very center of Prague, close to the old town and only 10-15 minutes walking distance from the main sights on this side of the river. The room was big enough, clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, disinfected and there was always warm water in the shower. There was a cattle for tea /coffee making included. WiFi was working well! The breakfast was big, there were various alternatives for every taste with a friendly smile added.. If you land at the Prague airport, buy a ticket at the machine outside, take bus nr 119 to Nadrazi Veleslavin, take then (green) metro line A to MUSTEK station, walk some 5 minutes to the hotel. I did it within 45 minutes in both direction. Elder people, 65+, travel free of charge in Prague but have an ID-card in case of control.

The location of the hotel is great, only a few minutes walk from the main square. Breakfast is simple but good, room was very clean, bed was comfy, location is quiet despite being central. Overall great value for money.

Just a small detail as a hook to hang the coat in the room would be very convenient (now I used the wardrobe door knob and a hanger). The clients should be warned that the main door is also closed in the morning and they should use the side door for leaving to avoid the confusion.

Location is great:5 minutes walking from the Old Town and 5 minutes walking from the new town shopping area etc Staff was very friendly and helpful the lady in reception was exceptional! :they book the taxi transport to take us to the airport, information about local restaurants with Czech cuisine, information about public transport that took us to the football stadium, all useful information about the hotel and provide to us a box containing breakfast as we left the hotel at 03h30. Also breakfast was nice! Rooms clean and tidy and i found it cosy to with a classic style on east Europe way. Coffee shops, Restaurants, souvenirs, bars etc near by. definitely i will stay again there next time
